They’re too busy and corporate needs to offer their workers more money so they aren’t so overwhelmed. They can’t even answer the phones due to all the scripts, vaccines, and COVID calls. They’re doing their best but it’s not fair to put so much stress on the team

I now use the Old Forge store as the pharmacist and store associates are pleasant and treat customers well.This is difficult to find in a rite aid in luzerne county.Added plus store is clean and in a safe area surrounded by old forge pizza places!
Alert occasionally female pharmacist can be abrupt but does the job well

I used to like going here, but now I just go to CVS down the road. Inventory here is pretty bad and some of the prices are a bit rough.
