My Brother Rocky was there today and had a very good visit. Iyanna who waiting on me was exactly. She got everything done with my Phone in no time. I was so happy about it I went out and bought her a Sandwich.

I just wanted to write a review about my experience at this T-Mobile location and I can say for sure there customer service is great and I really enjoyed one of the reps I believe there name was “Eli” he was patient enough to help fix the issues I was going through thanks again!

I went in with my daughter on Tuesday.. Melissa heip us she went above and beyond for us .her customer service was extremely wonderful..more employees should be like her .I went back today for help with my phone..Chuck V.. helped me with my phone..she was a pleasure..took care of me with a very friendly and caring personality..I love this store..these two employees made my T-Mobile experience a pleasure..thank you so much to these two awesome employees..

This store is clean and neat and all the employees were super nice.

I cannot say enough about the positive experience we had with this location. Stefano, Drew, Adam & Melissa you were ALL fantastic and incredibly helpful. Thank you Stefano for answering the phone at this location and providing our service estimate. You beat our Verizon price and provided top notch service from start to finish. Drew, Adam and Melissa thank you again for helping to get our business up and running on T-Mobile so quickly even though it wasn't seamless (as Verizon kept re-blocking the numbers from porting) you ALL kept your cool and patience with me throughout. ***Note for anyone switching from VZW to T-Mobile if you're active then suddenly NOT its Verizon re-blocking your number on the back end (even if its shows it's not request an auto port and save days worth of hassle). Secondary note... you made the RIGHT switch going to T-Mobile*** The team at this location is exceptional and go out of their way to address everyone coming in as quickly as possible. I've seen you ALL (including the ones I wasn't directly working with) do some olympic grade multitasking between customers without missing a single beat. Customer service here is a night and day difference between Verizon and T-Mobile. Shoutout to our T-Mobile business manager Sammy who got us in touch with Shawn while he was out to get us back on track and your phenominal tech expert Matthew. OUTSTANDING!!! Simply Outstanding! Thank you ALL again. I foresee a long future with T-Mobile and it's because of the service each and every one of you provided!

I went to this Tmobile store in Brookwood in Bensalem, I was blown away about the experience I received from “Adam” he was very knowledgeable and the best customer service I received in a very long time from T-Mobile and matter of fact I went there to cancel my subscription and instead I stayed with Tmobile and also purchased another phone. I was so happy to get a representative that was very knowledgeable and willing and able to guide me to feeling valued and wanted in there. I was blown away. He showed me stuff I never was intrigued to learned about and also how my plan really didn’t changed that much with staying with T-Mobile and how I can saved money and also the options with a family plan opposed to a single plan and the different perks of having a family plan. Well I really want to give Adam his flowers and I love how nice he received me and helped me out and gave me insight about some of T-Mobile perks that was never told to me before and for that I alone I stayed with T-Mobile and I want to thank you guys for hiring Adam. Thanks Adam also.

Stopped in the T-Mobile the sales reps Josh talk to him about trying to T-Mobile internet 5G he was outstanding explained everything to me how the trial works set it all up went home plugged it in worked instantly so for the next 14 days I am trying it but I must say the service there by that gentleman Josh outstanding really took the time no rushing breath of fresh air

I had been a customer of T-Mobile for a long time and recently left , but am going back. Aside from the service - which only was spotty sometimes the associates here are awesome. Adam is awesome, he had helped us when we first started and then ported over phones for my parents a few years back. He is so down to earth, and genuinely a really nice and pleasant person to work with. He is good energy to be around. Recently Melissa was helping us get things sorted out and she is awesome too. I feel like when it comes to phone places you can get someone who legit doesn’t care or just wants to be pushy or you get lucky and you find people that want to help - both of them are the latter. My most recent problem , I was legit ready to go throw my phones in the Delaware river and call it a day , it was beyond stressful and she definitely helped me through that. Im very lucky to have both of them at my local store. Even the managers here are nice , I have definitely had encounters with other people here I just don’t know their names, but my go two are these two. Thank you both!!!

Dear T-Mobile Staff at the Bensalem location you and your crew are excellent so thorough, so friendly, polite and incredibly knowledgeable about all aspects of phones and services and all the little details that go into customer service! I had a really great experience the other day with Melissa she was really kind and helpful and really gave me a lot of support as I was going through a lot of challenges with my cell phone and I just want to say thank you very much for your professionalism and your hard work! I was looking for a non stressful transition and found it. Happy to be back with T Mobil. They have the very best plan around Magenta Max. The Expert Jenn M. was knowledgeable, patient and respectful. You can’t ask for more than that.

The manager Adam is a great guy. I had problems with both my I phone and anorid phone. He went into
Settings and fix all of my issues.

The staff is very professional and helpful.

Next time I need teammobile services this will be my first stop. That’s how good it is there.

I had to return an accessory to T-Mobile that I ordered online. It was a VR headset made for the 8 and 8 plus That supposedly would work on my Samsung Galaxy S9 plus. Unfortunately it does not work on mine. (people online are saying they are using it fine but buyer beware.) The store was unable to accept the return due to the fact that I made the purchase online. (I chose the monthly payments). The reason I went to the store to try to return it was because there was no return information with the package I received in the mail or on the T-Mobile website or application. They had the same problem when trying to look it up at the Store. The guy at the store had to call customer service to get help with figuring out how I could return This . The customer representative that he was speaking to over the phone was very rude to him to the point that he needed to hang up to help me without being embarrassed by how He was being talk to and treated by the person on the other end of the phone. I could hear her from the other side of the counter... she was yelling at him. In the end he was able to help me on his own without the help of customer service and he got a Box from the back and some packing material and printed out to return labels and packaged it all up for me so all I had to do was to go to a ups drop off and send it back. So in short, the people at the store were very helpful but the customer service rep was a disgrace. I hope he reports that phone call because I know they are recorded. But the store itself and the people in it are great. They definitely went above and beyond what they were expected to do and I really appreciate it
