AT&T Store

We were on the telephone with AT&T for 2 hours and they ended up telling us we had to go to a store. Coco Liu the manager is a pro! She’s very professional and knowledgeable and was was able to fix our wireless issues in minutes! Amazing! Will come back for sure!

Came in to have a Sim card replaced on my iPhone 11 as it was failing. Excellent customer service on the phone led me to this location because I was going to be in the area. Derek, immediately saw that I needed help, approached me and solved the problem by registering a new card and inserting it and had me on my Way in under 10 minutes. Amazing service. THANK YOU

I don't usually write a review unless i am so disappointed or i am impressed. I bought a new phone online and had to pick it up at this location. It was not a smooth transaction because there were some technical issues and majority of the associates were ready to give up but not MIA, she went extra mile to help us out and you could feel that she is not letting us go without our new phone. Her customer service is just excellent. She is very patient and very knowledgeable. She even offered us water. I think some of the ladies in the store should learn from her. I am not being judgmental but all the ladies in the store were just there and not helping at all. Thank God MIA was there. Thank you to the 2 gentlemen who helped us transfer all the files from our old phone to the new phone. If not for MIA I would have given 2 star for customer service but because of her i am giving them or should i say MIA a 10 star, stellar service. I hope you are the manager of the store because you fit that role.
