I went to the store today because my phone was iCloud blocked and the back was completely damaged. I went to apple and I called assurance they both act like they couldn’t help me ! They suck and are super ignorant.
But the Yaislyn helped me so much . She was able to guide me on how to unblock my iCloud and place a claim for my phone online . I will definitely go back to see her when I need help

Hi good afternoon I was there at your store a day ago and Yaislyn and her team help me out and they have great customer service and very nice and respectful.

If you ever have an issue, question, purchase, or all of the above visit this store and ask for Talisha. I came in with a bill issue that I have been trying to get settled for months. I came in and explained the situation (for the 10th time even though care said they notated my account) and she not only fixed it, she HEARD me! She listened, apologized, and was able to talk to care to get my issue fixed. I also had a few questions about my phone. She took her time and made sure all of my concerns were addressed, this store isn't always the most patient when it comes to that. Thank you Talisha!

Yaislyn was very helpful in helping me purchase a phone for my mother and children she was very informative and knowledgeable about the services, thank you for helping me in a quick manner.

Manager Yaislyn was extremely helpful. I just bought a new iPhone at a different location and they didn’t help me set it up, but she didn’t mind helping me sign into my iCloud. She even had me get the case I needed for it. I appreciate the help!

Normally I do not give reviews but after today's experience at this location I felt the need to share my experience. Yaislyn Brown and Talisha Harris went above and beyond to assist me with an on going issue with my account. They took their time and would not stop until they were able to fix the issue with care. They are a true delight!!

Quick easy service here, wasn't crowded. Staff was very nice and helpful and thorough. Prefer these stand alone stores to malls where it's too crowded. Parking is outgrowth, in a strip mall near Starbucks and bowling alley across from TJMaxx

This store is very inviting from the outside. It is very clean on the inside. Sales person wasn't irritating and very helpful. He explained my options and the prices of each plan. I told him I would be back at a later date. Highly recommend this cellphone retailer. I'll be back.

I went in to switch my phone number to my father's account and what usually takes forever was surprisingly fast. Ian and Melissa were great, they explained and took care of everything quickly. I'm going to start coming here over other stores that are closer!

Very professional! Special thanks to Eric (store manager) Even though mistake was made at the store by one of the employees with my Jump upgrade the problem was resolved within couple of days. I received the phone call from district manager with apology, thanking me for being loyal customer and inform me that the issues was resolved. Mistakes happen everywhere it's how you handle them.
