Great prices always clean the owner not so friendly

I always find wat I need

The customer service was not the best.

Hair is not good quality and a bit expensive. Going here is a last resort, because it is close to where I live and I run out of hair.

It have the things you need for your hair.. but can't use a credit card unless you spend $5.00 or more..

Awful ppl. Let's help this lady retire faster by not shopping here. She needs to tend to her grandkids or something bc she clearly doesn't like ppl who don't look like her

I have been coming to this establishment since I moved here never had a problem. I bought an edge stick to support with fly aways, when I opened it. There was hair on it so I did try to wipe it of to see if it could of been a manufacturing issue. It kept going deeper into the product. So I went to the woman who is always there and she was adamant about not exchanging it even though I have gone here and suggested this place for years. I left the product there and I will never step foot in this place again. Thank you for being so disrespectful to the people who keep your business open.

I went to beauty land to get some beads and rubber bands for my daughter. As I was looking for beads I noticed the owner was watching my EVERY move. It was super uncomfortable knowing that you cant even shop in peace and not only that … when it was time to pay I decided to use my credit card. I could barley pull it out and the owner said “I need to see your ID!” And I'm thinking is this a liquor store or something bc I have never been asked to show an id using a credit card especially NOT at a beauty supply store ! DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE ! I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! If I could do no stars I would !

Wouldn't come back here ever lady is very rude

Owner not mean but DEF not too friendly. She wore a mean mug the entire time and looks like the stereotypical person to follow you around the store. 🤦🏻‍♀ Go to Diva Beauty Supply right up the street. Owner is wonderful!

When I walked into the store the lady just stood there at the cash register and watched me through the cameras while I was walking around the store. when I asked for help she ignored me and walked away. I will continue shopping at diva beauty they're way better and treats me like a customer.

This store is horrible. She stocks this place must be with items from Wish. Wigs horribly made and hair products outdated shelf life. If you black she watches you extra hard and her customer service is awful. I went there a total of 4 times and she displayed the same nasty cold service. Shop elsewhere!

Not helpful and won't let you try on wigs

Rude!!! Wouldn't allow me to try on wigs before purchase. No way will I buy a wig without seeing how it would look on. Go anyplace but here!!!!!!!

Owner is rude! They just stare at you when you walk in the store. No greeting what do ever. Only if they knew, it’s a million other hair stores in the world.

Too expensive for the same items you can get elsewhere half or more of the price here and if you are black don’t waste your time and do not spend your money with them they have 0 respect or trust for blacks it’s VERY obvious she thinks we all steal trust me take your money elsewhere.
