I had a very good experience at the store and appreciated all the help I received from Jet. He was very patient and answered all my questions, helped find me the best deal for getting a new phone and then helped me get everything transferred to the new one. Especially when I didn't know passwords and had problems. I definitely would recommend him and his great demeanor with a senior citizen who is overwhelmed with technology regarding phones.

Stopped in to upgrade my iPhone 6. Molly was very thorough in explanation of options and also shared promotion information to upgrade my Apple Watch (current watch does not have blue tooth and would not pair with 12). She then helped with many set up items and short tutorial! Very pleased with the experience!! Thank you molly!

It's a helpless feeling when you don't have a working cell phone! I was extremely pleased with the service I got from Haley at this Verizon store. She was so friendly, knowledgeable, and patient and made my potentially stressful situation very pleasant. She explained the plans very clearly and made sure I knew how to use my phone before I left. She even knew how to use my MacBook to accomplish tasks that my dead phone would not allow. A true problem solver and a delightful person. I highly recommend this store! (My husband had a great experience here as well a few months before me).

We called in to Select Communications to ask for help getting new phones. Emily Nelson told us to come right in and she would help us. Sure enough, Emily greeted us with a welcoming smile and proceeded to assist us in seamlessly getting two new phones !!! Emily was knowledgeable, informative, efficient and kind and she stayed well after closing to get everything taken care of! Most amazing customer service ever. You are lucky to have Emily as your employee and because of her, we will be loyal customers . Thank you Emily!

I dropped my phone in water. It was not working at all. Emily had at least 4 customers at all times, was working solo, and continually was pleasant while multitasking. Everyone left satisfied and happy!
She should have had an assistant!

The store is completely different looking and different people since I was there years ago. New look and staff are great! Emily found us the best deals, a discount I hadn't heard about, and was so patient with all our questions. Definitely recommend them.

I have the pleasure of being helped by manager Joel Cashman Of Excelsior .... He went above and beyond to help us with our customer care needs to make sure we got the help we were looking for. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient and diligent in making sure our technical issues were taken care of quickly and efficiently until we were completely put at ease with our costumer Concern. Joel Cashman deserves to be recognized and noted for his great job at managing and helping our customers that walk into his Verizon establishment.

Great experience at Select Communication Verizon store in Excelsior. I was planning on getting my phone at Costco...glad I didn’t.
Mali the representative was so helpful,, professional, and very understandable of our wants and needs to what type of phone I wanted.
I highly recommend you stop by and check them out before purchasing a phone somewhere else.

Within the last year this store has changed owners, and it shows, for the better. The staff is very knowledgeable, customer focus, and well trained. They can walk you through the complexities of chosing a new phone, chosing a plan, and getting your phone setup. We recently need to upgrade as our phones were about to reach a point where the manufacturer would not support them. With help from friendly and courteous staff we made our choice and have been very happy. If you are looking for a local Verizon Store this is your best bet.

Emily Nelson is the most amazing tech person we have had ever experienced. So knowledgable, so fun, and explains everything so even I can understand.!!! Amazing.
