CVS

Great customer service from guy in the store today. I took forever to check out but he was able to help the folks behind me with pick-ups and other things without making me feel ignored either. With everything going on with CVS, I had to highlight his great service. I primarily buy OTC and photos from pharmacies so can’t comment on getting Rx. But I do know they ship scripts so maybe try that if you’re having trouble!

This CVS location has two pharmacists, one intern (that works sparingly) and zero technicians currently. They are lucky to have two pharmacists remain on staff with how rude and belligerent the customers are. The customers who have left reviews such as Michael Patrick and Zach Arave are the very reason that there aren’t any technicians and why more and more pharmacists are refusing to work in the retail setting (which is why the wait time is longer; not because the staff are incompetent). The pharmacists do no work at the same times. This means that one singular pharmacist is expected to handle the drive-thru, front counter, fill prescriptions, give COVID tests and vaccines and various other duties. The front of the store has been closed and there have been no COVID tests or vaccines at this location so that the pharmacist working can insure medication is dispensed properly through the drive-thru. There is no way that they can handle all of those tasks by themselves nor should they be expected to. You people who leave these poor reviews should be ashamed of yourselves and I sincerely hope that you do not have to experience the same treatment that these pharmacists have received lately. You should be thankful that they showed up at all.

While they have struggled like so many with staffing and crazy Covid issues, had a great experience tonight. PharmTech Brady was super helpful, over-the-top professional and very concerned we had all we needed. Her smile, warm demeanor and concern to be a consultant was so refreshing. Thanks.

Don’t blame the staff. Overworked and understaffed. They do their best to take care of all of us. Don’t tell me that Walgreens is better because they have the same problems and they are humans too.

Oh give these ppl are raise!!!! Have you been to the moser rd location? Omg the pharmacist there hates you and would rather watch you suffer than hand out a script! The lake forest location does have a long wait but these girls are great!

Got a vaccination here and they were super quick and friendly about it. I might change my prescriptions to this location, they weren't very busy and I really like the location.

CVS has been great for me. Mail Department Pharmacist went the extra mile and Landis Lakes Lakes Middletown, KY has been helpful and courteous.

Extremely busy in the pharmacy when I visited but took the time to professionally and politely answer my questions. Though they were rushed they never gave me that impression when speaking to me. Kudos.

This is "my" CVS - love having our rx filled here, the pharmacy staff is so nice, even when they are stressed out (pharmacies get busy!!). Overall a very nice example of a CVS.

I want to say that the pharmacist named Joe is as helpful as policy allows. Understanding that the staff does not set the rules is key.

Feel so bad for the pharmacy staff, they are so overworked, they have always been very helpful.

Pharmacy hours need to be updated they close earlier than 8pm

Love the people that work in the pharmacy they are awesome! But i cant stand calling there number thats a automated system trying to speak to a pharmacy tech and i get transferred to a line thats playing this annoying elevator music i have been on hold for 33 mins and this is my 2nd time calling the 1st time i gave up and hung up after 45mins and still havent got to speak to a human YET!!
