I really like this walgreens, the staff are always very friendly and helpful in my experience of going there. The pharmacy is not the nicest but the other staff that i’ve encountered are very nice. I go here all the time and i’ve never had any trouble with getting what i need. It is clean and very well stocked.

Definitely a great pharmacy. I never leave reviews, but I could not believe the amount of negative comments towards this pharmacy. If you actually pay attention, you will see how hard they work even understaffed. I read comments complaining about the drive thru, I think people forget that all pharmacys do covid testing these days. It takes time. My husband and I both have been in that boat. Patience is everything. Gratitude is everything. There's one girl whom works there she is fast, upbeat and is constantly putting a smile on people's face with a simple lollipop. She went out of her way to expedite my husband's prescription whom was just released from the hospital. I even received a lollipop while wewaited.. It made me feel like a child again,, thank you..I definitely needed that. Ive seen many customers yelling at these girls, throwing things, cussing them out. I AM in there a few times a week,, due to many prescriptions. for myself, husband and mother.. couldn't imagine what they go through everyday. I appreciate you walgreens. Keep up the good work, andthank you for working so hard

I recently switched to this Walgreens as the other one was out of the way.
The young man at pharmacy is always polite and professional. I let him know every time I'm there. Unfortunately the pharmacy manager isn't. I've heard her talk nasty to drive through customers while I was in store . In fact a few of us heard it too. For the young man, keep up the great work and personality. Anyone would be proud to have you as an employee!

On April 6th I went into Walgreens to make a couple of photos. After using the kiosk the result was I'd have to wait and come back in 1 hr. I didn't have that time. Chris was at the register when exiting. I asked him is there no way I could receive photos right away. He asked how many did I want? I stated just 3 photos total but 2 we're of one photo. He looked around and there was no one awaiting to be checked out. He said, no problem I'll do them for you now. I said really? He said yes. He didn't know that I wanted those photos to place in a frame (which I purchased there) and take to my baby sister's bedside in an ICU hospital bed in Orlando. And I didn't have an hour to wait before getting on the road to travel there. Chris I want to thank you for being so courteous even without knowing the purpose of my need. You really made my day. Definitely gave me a 5 star experience.

I've been at this pharmacy for the last 10 years. I trust them with my life, and that says it all!

Absolutely ridiculous that you have to wait in the pickup line for over 30 minutes for a prescription that’s ready!!I was the second car in line! I was blocked in between cars and had to leave without my prescription. I, by the skin of my teeth made my bloodwork appointment that I fasted for. Unfortunately now I have to go back ! The line inside is just as bad! Get more help management!

My experience at this Walgreens pharmacy very nice and patient staff. Extremely helpful I overall enjoy my Over the phone and in person interaction.

Great service friendly staff (junior) but you need shipping supplies from FedEx for shipping!!!

The wait is long at the window but they saved my son from being dosed with too much medicine. Granted I had to call and ask them about it, they didn’t catch it themselves… the pharmacists and my sons dentist office was in disagreement but the pharmacist was spot on that it was dangerous to dose my son with that much antibiotic.

great staff and nice store - all good. But the drive thru speaker system is from 1954; Staff has to bend over and yell thru the sliding drawer, at least as Ive seen several times. I have trouble hearing the attendant.

milk $6/g? Come up outta them weeds! Try $2.63 at Aldis. Don’t tell us you can’t bring that horrible price down.

Staff hit or miss.

Had to wait a long time. I was first in line. I was seen by several workers but not acknowledged. We had received 3 calls saying the prescription was ready only to be told it hadn't been authorized. I had to travel 30 minutes to pick this script up. The pricing compared to Walmart and Publix is way out of line too. We have transferred all of our scripts out of this place. This place earned a 2 star out of kindness.

Went in this morning at 9:45 am to pharmacy and it was closed. No note or explanation. Employee I spoke to had no explanation either. Really? Glad I didn't need the prescription that I was there to pick up right away. I realize there are staffing shortages but a note explaining the issue or when the pharmacy may open would have been helpful.

Everytime I call I hold for 20 or more minutes for pharmacy. They pick up and put you on hold literally 14 times! Then when they answer they are rude! Additionally they gave had the prescription since 2/22/24 and haven't even filled it until I now call on 2/28/24 but told my mother's doctor's office that it has been ready since 2/22/24. She had such a nasty attitude! If you dont like the job why work there?!?!?! You are dealing with sick or elderly people, it's a pharmacy! Wonder if they would like their parents being treated that way or their children! DO BETTER WALGREENS!

My wife's dr. sent in a prescription at 1:30 in the afternoon and flagged it as rush. We went in to check on it during the evening and it was not ready. They are filling it in Orlando and it "should" be in the next day at 1:00. It didn't show today so now we wait another day. Apparently they are filling many or most prescriptions centrally in Orlando instead of in-store. This affects all Walgreens, not just this location.

Sad that I have to review a pharmacy to make people aware of the problems. I understand they are busy and short staffed, underpaid, etc. but that's no reason to be rude to customers.
I gave them a call today to check on my medication from my doctor, I was calling 3 hours after my doctor sent the order, I sat in the phone for 10 mins before someone picked up then the person answering my call told me it was going to be ready tomorrow after 11 AM, I asked if they can have it ready tonight, she asked me to wait that she was transferring me to another person then sat on for another 10 minutes, finally they told me it was going to be ready at 7PM. I was at the drive thru window after 7 PM, the lady was by the computer and ignore me, I waited for 5 minutes before she acknowledges me with a bad attitude (like you are bothering me), I have to wait another 5 minutes for her to return with the medication and the same attitude.
Obviously looking at the reviews I guess corporate hasn’t picked up on it yet or they don’t care.
I have been a pharmacy customer for years but it's time to go to another pharmacy.

Came in 4PM to pickup pictures and and waited at photo counter for 10 minutes watching employees walking around, unpack boxes and look at me. But I guess none of them worked in photo because they all ignored me, so I finally gave up and left. Will definitely try a different store next time.
