I came to store regarding my bill that got over charge. Diana Tran was really helpful explaining very detail why my bill so high. She very nice and very patiently with me. Recommend this store

They helped me a lot with my account. I had a lot of questions and they still patiently explained them to me. I really appreciate their store, especially Diana. She is very friendly and helpful!

Great service!! My SIM card got problem and Ms Diana at AT&T (6777 Westminster Blvd, CA 92683) help me solve it in 10 minutes.

William at the store was fantastic, super informative but more than that, he was a pleasure to talk to and hang out with throughout the whole process of upgrading 3 phones. He was patient and had great vibes the whole time with my family. Come see William, great guy :)

I appreciate Will support me from the beginning to the end from transfer Tmobile to ATT. He exceeded all expectations. He is also very knowledgeable, cheerful, professional, and helpful. He should be consider promoted if eligible. I don’t get that warm support from my previous carrier until I met Will. !!!

The service was amazing at this store! I was helped by a man named Isaac. He was super friendly and was really helpful when it came to choosing the best cell phone plan and best phone for me! Definitely would recommend him if you come to this store!

Very fast and friendly service. Went in to troubleshoot my mom's iPhone SE and they were able to get it up and running properly within 10 minutes. Highly recommend this location.

William was extremely helpful and took the time to help us find the right products and upgrades to our account that saved us money. He deserves a raise and promotion immediately.

This is the 3 rd time I walk in this new store and The moment I walk in I feel welcomed. The staff is great but today I had Francisco the main manager help me out with an issue and he even gave me an advice regarding my account and he was also showing the other staff member how to work things properly. Thanks for all your help. I’ll be coming back pretty soon to upgrade for sure.

Mr. Isaac is the man to go to as he leads this store. I came in for an upgrade for my iPhone, and they took tremendous care of me. He didn't try to upcharge me on additional products or services, which is very typical of people in the industry. Mr. William took care of me and my family on upgrading to fiber internet, which was what we were looking for at a zero premium. The 2 guys were really patient and took time to take care of my interests. They cut the bs, and strictly handle their business. I would recommend anyone to come to this store. FYI - I was a former Verizon customer!

AT&T representatives are nice and very respectful at this location, I had a great experience for my first time opening up my 1st account ever for my phone on my own. I would definitely recommend AT&T and their great deals. A+ to them ! Thank you.

The customer service here is beyond my expectations. Especially Katie, she helped me with my sim activation and explained everything when we upgrade our phone line. There might be a little wait upon arrival, but they solved problems fast. This location will be my favorite at&t store from now on.

Needed to switch from T-mobile. The staffs were friendly and helpful. I had a hard time to get the transfer pin but they quickly resolved it. Get out of the store in 30 mins. Definitely will come back!
