The staff were really great in helping upgrading our phones. Well behaved customer service that they have provided. It's been 3 years since we have switched over and the service has been really good compared to other carries. Would definitely recommend this store and staff to family friends.

Switched over from Verizon to T-Mobile transfer was very smooth and easy. GREAT speed and coverage in Hartland Township compared to Verizon. I was only getting 26Mbps with Verizon compared to T-mobile I am getting 20 times more. The staffs were amazing great communication, told me everything that I needed to know about my service plan and promotion. Great promotion offered by T-Mobile.
