7-Eleven

This is the second time I haven't been able to get cash with my purchase.

I went in to get a whole pizza because honestly, 711 pizza isn't bad. I asked the clerk behind the counter to cook it a little longer than normal because sometimes it comes out doughy otherwise. He cooks the pizza for 2 minutes (normal time because their oven is SUPER fast) and then puts it in for ANOTHER 2 minutes- an additional 30 seconds would have been perfect. HELLO! I don't want it burnt to a crisp- just a little more done! I had to tell him to take it out at 3 minutes 30 seconds because it had been way too long and by the time he got to it (he was helping everyone else in the store at this time), it was really dark and the crust was hard. Totally could not eat it. Then when I bring it to his attention that it was cooked too much, he gets loud and says it was my fault. I'M NOT THE ONE BEHIND THE COUNTER WHO USES THAT OVEN EVERY DAY. He didn't offer to try again with another pizza and wouldn't refund my money. I WILL NOT be going back.
