I found some very nice shoes for my daughter at a reasonable price and the sales associate that assisted us was phenomenal. I was blown away by how polite, patient, and knowledgeable she was. But to be honest I always receive quality service anytime I go to this store. City Gear has become one of my top stores to go to when I’m looking for a nice pair of shoes.

My shoes were delivered to the wrong address so I never received them. Now it's taking FOREVER for the process to begin for a refund.

Found great shoes at great prices. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and asked if I needed help. They have my support.

I loved the customer service. My favorite worker was Jordan Swindle, he was such a hard worker that got me all the pairs I wanted without complaint. I would seriously go back because of how hard of a worker he was. I seriously think that this hard worker deserves a raise.

Associate that assisted me was very patient with my kids and attentive.
