AT&T Store

I recently came into your store in Jennersville to upgrade my phone and my mom’s phone. Tim made everything extremely easy and he was very thorough and explaining everything in a way that we both could understand.
Tim had to work a little harder to complete the upgrade for my phone because of some issues and of course I could NOT remember my Apple ID. He did not give up. He was very patient and obviously knowledgeable, because he successfully upgraded my phone. He is a great representative for the company..

Tim was extremely knowledgeable and very patient & professional at the West Grove store. Greeted me immediately when I entered the store and very pleasant. Made a new iPhone purchase very easy.

Well earned 5 star review. Sam killed it! Took the time needed to review my account. Made some great suggestions to keep quality service and get affordable rates. Will definitely be calling on Sam again.

Sam did a great job answering all of our questions and getting us setup with three new phones on a Family plan. The transfer of info in a short amount of time and went above and beyond to make it a good experience for all of us. Thank you!

We had a great experience with Sean C.
He was very clear with what we were signing & details on what we were paying for.
He was SO patient and professional. He was the only one working both days we were there. There were many customers coming in, and he did a great job helping everyone. He went above and beyond trying to get our phone working again.
It took a while (no fault of Sean’s) to switch to a brand new account and get our phone to work, but Sean was so patient and helpful. He wanted to make sure everything was good to go before we left, and we greatly appreciated that!
I have never written a review on Google before, but I had to come on and write one because our experience was great. Thanks Sean!

Someone opened a fraudulent AT&T account in my name and I received a big bill because of it. I had a lot of trouble working with the AT&T Global Fraud department. They were very uncommunicative and unhelpful. I stopped at this store looking for some advice. Marco spent a lot of time with me and was able to connect us to a fraud representative who helped get the case on track. He's the best! If he works this hard for somebody who's not even an AT&T customer, think what he'll do for you!

The A&T store has helpful and amazing professionals. Customer service is key here and they have all of our favorite apple products. Thank you Carlos!!!

Even though I was in this store for a solid 3 hours the other day, I'm still giving this a 5 star review for the mere fact that the young man helping my dad and I was the best!! Sean C. was super nice and very patient. He was the only worker in the store that day so naturally the line of people waiting for help started to grow, but he remained professional and calm as I'm sure its easy to get frazzled when you have a line of customers and you're only one person. My dad was very impressed with how patient he was - he kept saying "he has the perfect personality for a job like this!" He had the best manners and kept thanking everyone for their patience as well. We hit a few issues with our request of adding a line/starting a new FirstNet account, but he quickly figured each problem out with the help of his manager via phone call and never seemed frustrated or annoyed. 5 stars for Sean. Give him a bonus$$

The people at this store in Jennersville are awesome. A phone needed to get to another state and Sam made it happen. He was so kind, patient and worked with us.
A week later we needed more help with a different issue. Marco was wonderful as we were there for 3 hours( yes 3 and it was NOT due to an AT&T issue).

Can’t say enough about Sean Conover as sales associate at Jennersville att. He was so nice , patient and knowledgeable . When we left the store we were so impressed we had to leave a review . 5 stars

The staff here, particularly Carlos, were professional and courteous. Carlos was very helpful and even helped my daughter choose a color for her new phone. Carlos answered every question and explained everything to us clearly and made sure we understood.

Would definitely shop here again.

Yesterday I had to drop my iPhone 14 off because I get the iPhone 15 and it took like maybe 10 minutes to turn in my iPhone 14 plus

Jordan at the Jennersville location was amazing. I could tell she was trying to get us the best trade in value for our phones and she helped us update our plan as well. She was so knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely go back to Jennersville and purchase more merchandise from Jordan again.
She is highly recommended. Ask for her by name!

Marco was great yesterday setting up my new phone, answering all my questions and giving me good tidbits. He even said “come back anytime if you have any other questions or problems”.

Brendan explained everything with my new phone with patience and humor. He made the wait time pass quickly with good conversation. He described all the current offers but was not pushy at all. Great experience!

Jordan helped us and she was awesome! I was getting a phone for my 78 year old mother and she new exactly what I was trying to tell her so we didn't have to spend an arm and a leg in a new phone. She also helped transfer everything over which helped me so much. Thanks Jordan!
