Helping Hands (ONE DOLLAR)

I absolutely loved this shop!! I filled a box for $20 and it wasn't a small box, it was a banana box!! I found everything on my list and got it for about 1/3 the price I was expecting to pay elsewhere. And I didn't have to make 3 or 4 stops trying to find what I needed. The ladies employed there are so genuine and so helpful. It is quite a nice change from the big warehouse stores.

I love when people step into what God has placed in their heart and also….I LOVE GOOD DEALS.
It’s hard these days for everyone. (Most everything) in this store is ONE DOLLAR. Clothes, shoes, household items, jewelry….
I love her story and I love that she has a heart for her community and the homeless. Praying for God to bless this business and this woman!!!

Just got off the phone with the owner and I haven't even stepped foot into the place but I'm already highly impressed. I'm so ready to buy some clothes and shoes! Thank you for being so helpful, new resident of Plant City here. Thanks for the warm welcome.!

We came here today and were in awe of the story behind this shop. We had some time to speak to the owner of the shop and learn more about what all she contributes to the community. From clothing the homeless for free to providing free food to those in need, she goes out of her way to ensure that those in the community are taken care of. There’s a large variety of items in this shop and we did not see an item over $5. My fiancé and I loved a very large mirror we saw here and she told us only $4 for it, but we wanted to pay it forward and overpaid so that she can continue to bless the community. God bless you all for all that you are doing.

Nice thrift store. Very friendly staff and great prices. My wife found a couple of thing to get.

If you’re really looking for many items this isn’t really the place to go. It’s a very cute little thrift store but not much really to choose from. I would say to please donate to this place because the owner really gives back to the community and that’s what matters most!

This is a great asset to the community and surrounding ones. All clothing, shoes, and most purses are a $1.00. Christian and spiritual books are free. It is difficult to find something that is not a dollar. The owner is a living testimony of light and love.

Love it. The staff are friendly and help our community. It's good to see women of God following his direction. Thanks for all you do. My favorite saying is we don't sell Jesus. She gave me my new Bible. Truly a wonderful place.

I have no idea why people rate this place one star. I get yelled at by wendy’s workers and I sure as heck ain’t paying $1 for anything st Wendy’s these days.

The owner was so friendly and she definitely kept all prices low! I got some really great things for just 1.00 each. Thanks!!

LOVE THIS PLACE AND LOVE THE OWNER! She always has a smile on her face when ringing you up and her prices are ALWAYS more than fair. She is an angel to the less fortunate !

This is the go to place when you have something to donate. Whether it's books, lamps, blankets, tables or anything. Kathy redistributes all donations for a fraction of what other thrift stores ask. She's a godly woman who has a heart for Christ which is evident in her efforts with Helping Hands. All clothing is one dollar, even the three piece suits! :D

Truly a gift the owner of the store has gone above and beyond the definition of a helping hand. Our world today could learn a lifetime of unity in a five minute talk with the Lady whom helps so so many behind the counter at this store. With tears in my eyes I left here after watching her son share his love and kindness with sad old teacup Chihuahua called Chunka Monka. whom reacted as if was delivering a kiss from her owner my mother up in heaven above. The staff here at this line of a kind thought store surprise me every time. Besides the fact that everything in the store is only one dollar, they have a food pantry if you are in need for free. Thx to the whole staff at Helping Hands.

Great prices on clothes u can even fill a box for 10$ .. It's just a little hot inside I suggest not bringing any small children with so you have the chance to look at everything . That is just a personal opinion

Those ladies are life savers. They helped us out greatly. Plan on helping them once I'm on my feet.
