With more satellites And towers in the area. For the price and coverage, ATT is doing great. This storage super friendly staff, very helpful and knowledgeable. Zero complaints and only praise. A rarity in this day and time

Avoided this store for a few years due to previous bad customer service. Tried again based on recent positive reviews and was very pleased with the level of service. I believe it was Bryce who helped my wife and I make a couple changes to our account and he was very helpful/knowledgeable.

Bryce was extremely friendly and helpful when we went in to upgrade our phones. He patiently and clearly answered our many questions about phone specs and plan options. We ended up with new phones and a better data plan all while paying less per month thanks to his work finding discounts for us. We were very satisfied with our visit and will absolutely return to this location for our future needs.

My phone died suddenly and the stores manager (her name escapes me) was so awesome! She spent over an hour with me working through some complicated issues. She was kind, patient and well informed and saved me some money on my phone bill. Best phone store experience by far!!!

I just went and upgraded my phone in Mebane recently and had a fantastic experience with Destiny. I think she mentioned she just recently took over this location. Keep up the good work. She was working by herself at the time and had a few customers waiting and did a great job juggling multiple people. Very pleased with my experience. Will definitely be going back!

I just read a review by Josh Wood who visited this store a month ago. I can only say DITTO to EVERYTHING he said!!!! Destiny was EXCELLENT!!! She managed to handle different customers at the same time without anyone having to wait longer than a half hour. She was very knowledgeable, efficient and helpful!!! Thank you again Destiny for your help and kindness!!

Just received my new phone and the guys from this store helped me so much! Garrett is wonderful and very patient. He made sure I felt comfortable and answered all my questions. Josh is also great, he kept me laughing, filled in for questions but together they make a great team. Please visit the guys, Garrett and Josh! They will not disappoint you!

I would like to express our appreciation to the Store Manager Josh who went way out of his way to assist my husband and myself new phones, transferring, setting them up and account issues. We were in the store for 5 hours and Josh missed his lunch break. He continued to work straight through making sure we were completely satisfied and even helped a multitude of other customers. If everyone was as helpful as he has been the world and retail would be a much better place. Someone give this man a bonus.

Josh and Garrett were both a great help. I talked with Garrett about a business account and had to come back another time to set the account up. His manager Josh was there this time and seamlessly got my account set up at a much cheaper price than their competitors.

Go to this store, period. This one has great customer service and really no wait. Bryce and William were the absolute best! They helped me put everything on as well!

Store manager helped me upgrade without any issues unlike the store in Brier Creek. Amazing customer service and speedy transaction. Thanks a million times! Oh and a note to everyone. Don’t go to the “corporate stores” they are all rude and just want to take your money. This is the second authorized retailer and they truly are the ones that should be recognized for their customer service! Keep up the great work!

Both the manager and the employee are beyond patient when working with those of us who are slightly technologically behind the times. Taking the time to walk you through the set-up process and answering any questions that may arise at any time, even if days after the initial encounter. They are true salespeople offering recommends to try and help each customer specific to their needs. They always have the unique ability to multi-task often helping multiple customers at one time.

Just go in having patience yourself, and realize that sometimes the answer you get may not be the answer you were expecting or that some things take time. They are not tech support or superhuman.

Glad I found them, and will be returning for any future AT&T needs.

I had the best experience ever! I went in to pay off my phone and came out with a new one, thanks Josh! His customer service was superb. I will be coming back and asking for him to help me get a family.

These guys are phenomenal! You might even find them waiting outside before the store opens AND happy to go in and start the day early! They go above and beyond with pesky problems! Dedicated! Caring! My experience at this particular store was only outstanding because of the store manager, Bryan Houston. Your fraud department kept him on the phone for over an hour going back and fourth trying to set up my phone. While your fraud department was making him jump through hoops, he still flawlessly greeted and helped three different customers during my transaction.

In my twenty years of retail experience, I have never seen someone that calm and happy under insurmountable pressure. I would have lost all of my patience answering question after question, people rudely interrupting him and he still handled it with a smile.

You have a valuable Manager at this store. He cares about your customers. That is very hard to find. I hope you’re fraud department can sort out their issues to make things a little less stressful for us all. Thank you again, Bryan!

Store manager Bryan was wonderful to work with, super helpful, and made sure I had a good experience. Terrell helped us and was incredibly kind to my son while Bryan helped me. This is a great location for service!

I went to this store because I was treated with disrespect at the Alamance Crossing store. My experience in Mebane was fantastic. Josh, the manager, addressed all my needs. He also showed me how to use my phone. I did not get this service at Alamance Crossing.
