The Vitamin Shoppe

Everyone was super friendly and helpful from the second I walked in. They immediately asked what I was looking for and if I needed assistance. I had a nice conversation with on of the associates, very knowledgeable and polite. Looks like they have a really good selection of everything, and you can search inventory online before going as well if you wish.

I just want to say thanks again to the vitamin Shoppe Associate the quickly found me exactly what I needed. He has no idea until today but he helped me save my dog. I’d been all over the place trying to find these detox supplements that my dog needed. My dog has been accidentally poisoned and I found something that might give him a fighting chance. Not only did the Vitamin Shoppe have everything I was looking for but the store attendant found them for me quickly without asking what they were for. I’d went to so many other stores trying to find them and ended up waisting a lot of time explaining what the supplements were for when all I needed was a yes or no answer. I had just barely got to the Vitamin Shoppe on time because of this but the store attendant was quick and knew exactly where everything that I needed was, not only that but he even knew that they were sold in different brands in different areas of the store. He was super polite and friendly and really truly made my day. My dog almost passed that very night but we were able to get the supplements in his system just in the nick of time. When I woke up the next morning my dog was looking and feeling so much better. I’m super thankful and grateful to this guy that took part in saving my dog. Unfortunately I don’t know his name all I know is he’s the super friendly guy with the cool Stache. You Sir are the real MVP.

I don’t typically have anything to write home about retail customer service, but Kirsten the manager was extremely helpful and personable. She asked questions about what I wanted and made sure my experience was satisfactory. Will definitely visit again even if I can buy most of the things I want online.

Honestly after reading some of the other reviews I was sceptical about going to this Vitamin Shoppe. I decided to go anyway and pick up fish oil and a mens multivitamin. When I got there, I was greeted at the door and told of I needed anything to let them know and they showed my the fish oil section and even let me know of the specials they had on the products I wanted. First off, the store was well stocked and very clean! Its the first thing I noticed. I was there for about 30-45 min looking at other products. I was ask two more times if I needed any assistance. Personally, I thought their customer service was one point. They were personable, kind, and knowledgeable of their store. I would and will be going there again. I had a great experience.

Went there today to get some protein powder. I picked one out and was carrying around looking for amino energy. Well a man (manager I think) asked what flavor i picked out. I said orange creamsicle. He said the stores brand was on sale buy 1 get 1 half off. So I switched to the store brand and boy was I pleased when I got home and tried it. It is delicious and 0g sugar so its low in smart points. I love my oranges and cream protein powder! Thank you!

The shoppe here has a great team, great selection, and good prices on the house brand. Team members know where the products are in the store and are courteous and enthusiastic. The selection of supplements and foods I want is always great. There are often good prices marked for in-store brands. I even like their cardless loyalty programme.

Went by today. They are gone, so gone not even the signs exist and the insides are bare. Gonna miss that beautiful girl Kortnev. Sorry this was for the Beavercreek branch. The Dayton one is still open

The store has a new manager, Michelle, and she is fantastic! If you haven't been there lately it is time to shop again and experience the new and improved. :)
