American Eagle, Aerie, & OFFLINE Store

Great clean store!
Sophie was very helpful and sweet! I went to pick up an online order but the pants were too big so i got Sophie’s help to choose on site and bought something from the store instead (size 2 for their pants would be too big for skinny girls heads up).There was an inconvenience that my order was marked as “picked up” instead of “refund” (i received an email after coming back from a store), but i resolved that online and customer service representative apologized and provided 20% off for the next purchase. We all are human beings, It happens ;) Other than that highly recommend this location and AE!

I want to give a shout out to the employees here. I don’t know how they keep everything so organized and perfectly folded. They are doing an awesome job and always helpful. I just felt the need to give credit where credit is deserved. All three connected stores are nice and clean and perfectly placed.

I love shopping here, the associates don’t bombard you here like they do at sawgrass, they positively guide the shopping experience. This was the best American eagle I’ve ever been to. Great job! 💅❤

Literally the best location. Employees are good except Colton. He is THE BEST!!!! He needs a raise or a gift or something. He was the literal best. Helped me with my clothes and got different sizes when I needed. Made recommendations but also wasn’t TOO overbearing which made it just feel so comfortable. I love him <3

What an honor to be the first to leave a review!! I anxiously awaited the opening of this store as I passed by the “coming soon” highway sign twice a day. I live 8 minutes from this shopping plaza and I couldn’t believe I was about to live 8 minutes from my favorite store!

Come Black Friday, I find out the store has finally opened! My husband and I go to check it out and it’s even better than we could have imagined! It’s a TRIPLE store with AE, aerie, and offline all there and all connected! The stores are soooo cute and so well decorated and right away we felt at home :) I am absolutely BLOWN away by the team of employees they put together for this store. They were all so incredibly attentive, helpful, kind, knowledgeable, and happy! I already went back for my second trip on a less busy day and was even more impressed! Special shout-out to Nicole in Offline - she was really sweet and helpful! How did you this location get SUCH an incredible team?!

Gorgeous store showcasing casual wear with a sophisticated contemporary look. You'd expect Banana Republic, Tommy Bahama or Neiman Marcus prices -- but think again! AE offers deep slash sales that are easy on your wallet or purse.

I've been here twice now. Its a clean store and nice staff! Its nice to have a AE closer to where I live!
