I visited this T-Mobile store in Shrewsbury and it was a really good experience Leo the manager and Amy are such dedicated and acknowleable employees. They took the time to set up my new phone and wireless internet. No rush very patient 🙏 👌 LEO AND AMY YOU ARE THE BEST.

My experience at T-mobile was not expected. I came in and was seen right away. I was helped by Esperanza and Robb who was very great with their customer service. I will definitely be back for future purchases.

My son and I had a wonderful experience switching to T-Mobile. The staff is professional and knowledgeable of wireless networks and phone service. They are patient and kind and made leaving Verizon easy. Five plus stars!

The service I received here was above and beyond!! I was able to understand all the information on my purchase and staff installed all programs with such kindness and patience. I am a bit older and understanding technology is difficult. Their patience was outstanding. I hope compliments and acclamation are given to these persons.

I was SO pleasantly surprised by this store. I had assistance from Moe, and he was incredible. He made sure the reason I went in (activating my new phone) was done within minutes. I Purchased A Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4, I Took It To T-Mobile ln Shrewsbury.The Staff Help Me Set Up My Phone Explain Everything To Me About The Phone. The Staff There Is Very Professional Helpful Knowledgeable and Their Store Was Clean. Big Plus. I will be back to that store.

Everybody in this store was very hard working and personable. I was greeted with a smile and a hello as soon as I walked in the door. I was helped by James who was friendly. Knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor. (Which is important when you are coming in to buy a brand new phone after your daughter broke her old one) He was patient. Answered ALL questions I had. And i have no complaints. This will be my new T-Mobile store to go to! Keep up the great work guys!

The staff at this store is amazing. Specifically James! His communication via phone/email was great and so quick. He has been so helpful and gone over the top to make sure our issue was resolved. He also made sure we were happy with our account and offered ideas to enhance it as well. I highly recommend this store!

Five star service! Very helpful and friendly staff at this new location here. I came in sort of spur of the moment to upgrade my phone to the iPhone X. Gabby helped my with the set up and was super helpful. She gave me options and feedback to different accessories I could get with my new phone and she even took the time to show me how to work a couple of the new key features this phone had.

I would go out of my way to visit this location. Everyone there was a huge help. After going above and beyond spending hours trying to fix my phone, Joseph was able to set me up with a great new plan (coming from sprint) his patience is admirable. 5 stars across the board. If anyone from the Shrewsbury TMobile team sees this I owe you all coffee! Thank you so much.

Have never met more INFORMATIVE employees in any of your stores like Oscar S, Jorge F, and Youssef S. They were all very pleasant and patient and never gave up until they found a solution for Mt phone.

Staff was immediate, helpful and kind as I entered the store. Youssef and Destiny were patient and solved my issue with out any delay. This is what customer service should be. Thank you, Guys!

My fiancé and I have been to the Shrewsbury T-Mobile times this year since we moved to NJ and have been helped by George Aka king George, Moe, James, and Kevin and I must say they were the most helpful young men we have ever encountered. One visit back in December we were in the store for almost 5 hours due to T-Mobile systems were down. They were patient, knowledgeable and professional. Extremely helpful. Handled all of our needs. They made a tedious task a pleasurable one. From that first visit no matter where we are we choose to drive to that location so we can deal with them. They get 5 stars from us.

I've been a TMobile customer for 10 years and have been to several stores over that time. My most recent experience in Shrewsbury with Kevin and James was great. The guys were super friendly and knowledgeable. They set me up with a better plan at the same price while also getting me a discount on a new phone. 5*
