AT&T Store

Very great experience at AT&T Encino. My mother and I went in to get new phones and Nazz was able to hook us up with the best deal possible. He was very knowledgeable and you can tell he cares about his customers. Thanks Nazz!

I had the best experience at this location compared to the ones I've gone to in the past. As soon as you walk in the employees greet you with a smile and proceed with helping you as quick as possible. My reason for coming was in order to get help fixing an issue that I was having with my iPhone. The two employees, I believe their names are Chris and Victor were extremely helpful. They both had great customer service. I will definitely be coming back to this location because of the great service they provide along with having a positive environment.

I am very happy with the service I recived in this branch. This is a very smsll and effective branch. Vanessa helped me sign up for a new wireless plan. I was not sure if I wanted to do it or not but she made it happen with her professional attitude, patience and big smile. Thank you very much for the great feeling I have after dealing with AT&T sales and support!!

I came into the store a few weeks ago during the holiday season to do an upgrade as well as add a few lines and phones for my children. The employees Victor and Ethan were extremely helpful and had me switch to the doctor discount plan (Firstnet I think it’s called) to save me so much money. I received my bill and it’s a little similar to what I was paying originally but with more services added. I’m extremely satisfied with my experience there and even when it’s only one person at the store (last time it was just Ethan) he was very professional and helpful despite the store being busy. This is the only ATT location I plan on visiting now, even though it’s farther from me compared to a few other locations.

Kimberley is amazing! The best customer service ever. She is very experienced and knowledgeable. Helped us to solve our problem which ATT and Verizon couldn’t have resolve without her for 2 monthes, and was sending us back and forth through the phone. Thank you Kimberley!

I went in today to troubleshoot a problem with my phone. Shawna waited on me and was wonderful. She was kind, understanding and did not make me feel stupid for something that she was able to fix on my phone without much trouble. I usually do not write reviews but she deserves to be recognized.

OMG .....what an AMAZING costumer service ..... I went to this location twice. Once - about 3-4 months ago, with my 3 adult kids, to separate our bills to three different accounts. The second time - was yesterday, with my daughter, cause she had an issue with Direct TV, which she failed to solve with their customer service by the phone. Both of the times, we were being helped by VG. The most amazing man, with the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE i ever got anywhere!!! At the first time, we were there for more than 3 hours! All that time he was on the phone with their customer service,i believe, and he stayed calm, gentle,smiling, and patient. I have never seen something like this in my life! Yesterday, we were their for an hour. Although he doesn't have to do that, he called Direct TV, and helped my daughter to solve her problem with them. I think it is a waste for AT&T that this guy is working in a very small store, instead of the main store they have. He can keep a lot of frustrated customers , which want to leave AT&T, and bring new ones, just with his outstanding personality.

Visited this store last weekend since my daughter was having issues with her IPhone. The store manager assisted us and she was very helpful and even educated us on the best plan to have for our family. Outstanding customer service!

Came in a week ago visiting friends in the area. So I came by looking to buy a charger and a young manager named Shawna helped me. She was really nice. So in the meantime she asked if i needed anything else , so I asked about my plan and she was very detailed on the specials and what was avaliable for my plan and it's upgrades. I will be back for my phone upgrade next time im visiting.

This location is amazing. They gave me great customer service and I will always want to come back here. They set up my DirectTV and had a technician sent out promptly to setup my WiFi. The manager, Shawna, and consultants, Carlos & Sapphira, are amazing and friendly. Definitely recommend coming here.

I went to AT&T in Encino after spending more than a week on the phone everyday with AT&T trying to resolve my cel phone account. Ilsy contacted several AT&T departments on my behalf (the fraud dept and senior customer representatives) and everything was resolved for me that night. She was wonderful and so patient. I will be returning to that store to purchase our new phones (even though there is a closer store to where I live). Thank you Ilsy!

The two girls who worked here were so helpful and awesome! Definitely recommend this place, and Sapphira put my screen protector on for me so perfectly!! I will be coming again!
