AT&T Store

I don't typically write reviews, but this AT&T store deserves all the kudos!
Jared, the store manager, is an absolute miracle worker. He and his staff, Israel and Gabriella included, are the epitome of customer service. They went above and beyond to support me in overcoming an issue with AT&T wireless that I had spent 2 weeks trying to resolve with AT&T 800#s and 611 . . . to no avail. Jared and Israel spent an inordinate amount of time helping me with internal AT&T staff at AT&T 800#s. They did not push their services on me, but were genuine and sincere in wanting to assist me in overcoming AT&T challenges. Not even your Corporate AT&T store @ 2545 SR 7 in Wellington - was willing to help - the gentleman I spoke with, was totally dismissive, along with 2 other AT&T retailers, including the store on Wellington Trace. Jared's store was the only location that was willing to invest the time and efforts to assist me. AT&T is lucky to have these individuals representing your company.
I highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase AT&T products and services from knowledgeable, professional, friendly and HONEST AT&T representatives.

The team here and I mean team because they all work together to make your experience wonderful. I switched from T-mobile to ATT through a Costco promotion ( ATT Costco reps suck) and these wonderful people helped to fix the lies from ATT Costco and made everything right. If it wasn't for their customer service locally, I would of gone back to T-mobile. ATT at Hypoluxo and Lyons are phenomenal and each and every person in this store is great!

Jared is awesome. Fastest AT&T visit ever

Jared Ford did a great job and was very professional, knowledgeable and provided great service.

They had to change management and employees as they were robbing people and selling them plans that didn't exist. This has been reported to corporate and I hope they get to the bottom of the scams going on there. My advise is to avoid this place like the plague.
