AT&T Store

The manager Emily was very nice and helpful throughout the whole thing, we took long deciding & even after we left and came back to spend more of her time she was still very nice and understanding. She’s amazing, I could put more I’d put 10 but since I can only put 5, 5 stars. :)

I enter the store @5940 state road 7 lake worth , Fl 33449 and I had a great experience! I did business with the sale consultant Emily ! She’s very well spoken, cares about the customers need and makes them satisfied! Doesn’t try to boost anything up just to make money or get a sale she makes sure you’re comfortable with everything before finalizing the paperwork. Don’t speak to no one else ! But Emily ask for Emily only and you’ll be satisfied she’s A1 !

This location is a good distance from my home. I went to this particular store for help from a AT&T employee I met at the store near me. I believe he is a manager but his knowledge of the company on all levels is so in-depth. He was able to solve billing issues, and explain services on my plan that I would have never known. My mother was with me to get my plan adjusted and Joseph was able to calmly and directly explain products in such a layman’s way. I was impressed to see my mother, who is not one for technology change, understand the way Joseph explained with knowledge and eloquence her contract and she ended up upgrading her iPhone and ditching the paper bill for good. Great atomosphere knowledgeable staff and excellent customer service at this lake worth location. I suggest anyone to drop in and find out how much you can save or get any unsolvable issue handled. I cannot say enough about the employees at this store. We went in to get a problem resolved. Turns out ATT has added an additional line for an Apple Watch that doesn't exist. I had tried to call 2x and never got it resolved. Kya was able to call and get it all sorted out for us. She spent over 2 hours to try and get this resolved. She battled some very rude employee at Loyalty Resolution that repeatedly lied to us and actually changed the passcode on my account after I ended the phone call. Unbelievable. For privacy I will not add his name but believe me, I will be reporting him. However, I cannot say more about the over and above service I got from Kyah. Thank you so much.

Yesterday I had the pleasure of dealing with Michael at the AT&T store noted above. He was so patient, knowledgeable, and fast too! I would highly recommend Michael and his store for any phone needs you may have. He made my purchasing experience of the iPhone 11 such a breeze! He transferred all of my information from my old iPhone 6 with out a hitch. My husband went to the store today to get his new iPhone 11. Chris helped him! Also very patient and knowledgeable and fast! Thank you guys for being there for us and our needs.

Joseph, Amber and Alex went out of their way to find solutions for my devices. They did it all with good humor. I will go back the next time I need a product or just advice. They earned 10 stars in my opinion.

We upgraded our phones at this location with no hiccups. I messed something up on my new phone and Amber fixed it in seconds. Everyone here is super nice and very helpful!

After going to a corporate AT&T store and getting horrible service, I decided to try this store out. What a wonderful pleasant surprise my daughter and I had! Pierre and Dibiase went above and beyond to help my daughter and I get our new phones up and running! These two gentlemen are amazing! I highly recommend coming here for all of your phone needs.

Had a great experience here. Nicest. Cell phone store I have been in. Most stores only want to sell you something and don't help you. Staff is very knowledgeable and never make you feel pressured into buying. They explain everything very well and take care of you. Would recommend to everyone. You won't be disappointed by the employees at this store.

I came in at 5:50, 10 mintues before closing on a Sunday with an issue. Not only was the staff extremely professional and kind, they helped me with through my issue and even turned on cartoons for my daughter while we waited to my new phone to be set up. Not once did they seem rushed or upset even though we were there 30 min past closing. Check them out, I very much appreciate the amazing customer service I received.

Joseph worked a miracle! My friend old 6s died completely and h hooked me up with great new phone and updated all my apps! First new phone in 10 years. Thk u Joseph!!

First went to this store on Saturday to reset my iPad and Chris was very helpful to me and my wife.Went back after talking about upgrading my I phone XR my bill went down by $20 dollars a month and got a new phone thanks Chris for all your help I suggest you call before going so you can get an appointment with Chris.

Jean was the best! Helped me resolve my issue less than 10 minutes!! Highly recommendable AT&T.

The staff is really nice!! Came in for a quick question about my bill and the young ladies here were super friendly! Will be definitely be going back for anything else I need :)
