Publix Pharmacy at Town Commons

I would give this 1 MILIION STARS!!!! I just got off the phone with Baby Rahman who works at the pharmacy. I called to fill my husbands prescription and I had no information. This LOVELY, PATIENT woman, Baby, was so kind to me and said... "don't worry, we are here to help". She even went as far to confirm my insurance, and to boot, said she will have it ready in an hour. STELLAR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! WOW, no one does that these days. I felt so important and taken care of that I had to boast about this experience. WAY TO GO PUBLIX PHARMACY ON HIRING THIS ONE!!! I will never go anywhere else for my prescriptions!!!

Great pharmacy! Friendly staff and always get my prescriptions in a timely manner! You can tell these guys really care!

Love this store. They are very accommodating whenever I've asked for a specific item to be brought in. The shelves are well stocked, the store is clean & the staff are friendly & helpful.

The gray hair pharmaceutical man needs a retirement ASAP! His stubborn character is not suitable for customer service. This is the second time that I have asked him to please give me 31 pills instead of 30 for the months that have 31 days and I shouted back in a very bad way that "it is what it is" today I felt ridiculed in front of all the who were online, honestly it's frustrating to come pick up my medicine at this pharmacy.

Several years ago I cancelled my prescriptions at Target when it became CVS, because Eckerd was my favorite for many decades. I switched to Publix since then, but the srrvice this morning was rude! The lady on the phone was just interested in finishing her call with me and zero desire to help me. There was a glitch in their text reminder of prescriptions and she ended up hanging up on me. So I had to go there in person. She continued to argue in person as well and actually walked away. So I'm walking away to another drug store and transferring my subscriptions. So sad after many years shopping here.

UPDATE. I returned to Publix Pharmacy because it was providing some free medications. Its been a while, but again I'm disappointed. They have now stoped the free feature for some medicines. So transferring to another pharmacy. Bye bye.

What is going on with this pharmacy?! I have never been so disrespected on the phone just trying to ask a question. They cut you off while you are speaking, and are very unprofessional.

Absolutely worst pharmacy…they hang up on you while your talking…they won’t transfer prescriptions…just plain incompetent!!

The pharmacist at this location is not very accommodating! He says things like I have better things to do with my time. When you go to pick up he is always busy talking about personal matters with employees. My doctor sent prescriptions over many times and the guy insists he didn't get them. So I keep having to go back to the doctors office, I am going to change pharmacy, I go out of my way to go to this one and as a customer I expect service , follow through, knowledge and a pleasant disposition not a lazy daisy attitude!

Dr. Called in a prescription for me. I called the pharmacy at least 6 times to see if it was ready. No one answered! I went there and was told they won’t have it until after 2pm the next day!
The pharmacist should have called me! I need this medication asap!
They didn’t even offer to call another pharmacy a mile away!
Now they are out to lunch and I will have to wait and call around myself!
Terrible customer service!

Let me start by saying this is no reflection on the AMAZING Publix staff at this location and the young lady in the pharmacy but the grumpy unprofessional pharmacist that speaks to customers as if they were the stupidest people on earth has to go. I’m 41 and can only imagine how he speaks to elderly customers. I’m just in disbelief because Publix is well Publix. Never an issue but every time this man is a total jerk. Already switched pharmacies before this post.

The pharmacy does not respond to phone calls

As a grocery store I love this Publix the pharmacy however is rude and unhelpful. Today was definitely not the first time I have thought this. I spoke with two different people there today who were both rude and obviously did not like their job. I will take my business to another Publix pharmacy.
