CVS Pharmacy

CVS on the corner of Shelbyville Rd and Moser Rd is the greatest. The staff went out of their way to help me. I not only saved money on my prescription but had a staff member actually speak to me about stocking a particular item that I was looking for. I wasn’t able to purchase the item but I appreciate the fact that they could explain why it wasn’t on the shelf. Made me feel like they respected me as a customer.

When the CVS Pharmacy off Lake Forrest Dr closed while I waited in line, this location was able to transfer my prescription and fill it in the 15 minutes it took me to drive over there. Will be switching to this location.

Quick in and out place with a decent variety of products. ExtraCare reward program is worth signing up for. Parking is a bit tight here. Careful when backing out. Lots of through traffic from neighboring stores, etc.

I received my Hep A booster today given to me by Ms Beth Chaney who is an excellent nurse. I make sure that I go on days I know she is there.

Outside entrance needs to be cleaned of trash.

My new rx was called in on Tuesday 10/24 and I got notice that it was ready 10/31. Hopefully Pharmacy will get the help it needs.

The pharmacy never answers the phone you can't get in touch with anyone to ask a question you have to interact with a computer that can't answer my questions. You never know when the pharmacy is going to be opened or closed. Customer service at this location has gone way down.

I was highly disappointed tonight after driving 20 minutes when I arrived at CVS tonight just before closing time and the doors were locked. I knocked on the door, double checked the sign for closing and nothing 🙃 I have visited this store in the past during late hours. Confused??

Im still on hold.. it's been 25 minutes. You guys never answer your phone. Its not something that can be answered online, when my Dads critical meds have been processing for 10 days and he is out now. 10 days...I should have just ordered them online, but you've pulled the prescription so now I can't get it anywhere else. Guess I'll come down and stand in line to wait for someone to just tell me they don't know. This is the same song and dance every couple months

Worst service AND customer service by a pharmacist EVER! I was literally on hold for 52:38. I was told by the pharmacy employee to come for testing and if there was a problem or a question to call back. When I tried to call back that’s when I was on black hole hold....

I drove from MT. WASHINGTON to LOUISVILLE KY and then waited in line another 20 minutes to be told by someone at the drive thru window “Sorry testing is done for today.” I said well that’s not what was told to me on the phone and I have been on hold for almost an hour. She said yeah Sorry about that.

When I asked to speak to the manager which happened to be the pharmacist, she literally came to the window YELLING. She was CLEARLY HAVING A BAD DAY. This is UNACCEPTABLE and I WILL REPORT directly to CVS.

The inside pharmacy is rarely open and they take forever with drive thru. Avoid this CVS like the plague.
