My wife and I have been getting medical supplies from I Feel Good Medical for some years now.The owner George is great as well as his staff. They are not only helpful with the equipment but you can tell that it is a labor of love for them. In other words they truly care about their customers. I am so thankful that I found out about them because in these days it is not easy to find a business owner and a business that genuinely cares about customers.Thank you George and staff you guys are great. I would guarantee that anyone that calls and works with I Feel Good Medical will feel the same way as I do.

Store owner George is truly a honest man with integrity and just a sweetheart I was looking on internet to order Pride mobility scooter Raptor every authorized vender stated scooter on back order would take possibly a month before ship I contact I feel good medical outlet Fairfield California owner George he is a authorized seller for Pride Mobility scooters went far beyond great costumer service tracked down a scooter in stock out of state via his fantastic contacts told me he could deliver scooter within a week what really impressed me George took out the time to point out scooter positive points was very knowledgeable regarding my questions to assure this scooter would be a perfect fit for me George contact me within a week stating scooter was delivered George put scooter completely together charged up scooter called to inform me he would deliver scooter at no extra charges same day George arrived took the time to point out and teach me as to how scooter operates never made me feel he was in hurry even though he still had 2 more deliveries after 7pm it is very rare to witness/ receive just over the top personalized service if you like me looking for a person who actually says what he mean and do as he say George is your man I really would give more stars if possible I humbly thank you George I recommend I feel good outlet store what ever your medical and repair service needs😊👌

I have a 20 year old GoGo scooter. I was having issues with the battery case, the wires had been disconnected in my efforts to replace a burnt fuse. Having difficulty re-wiring it I took the whole case to I Feel Good Medical. George assured me that he could either find a new battery case for me or figure out how to re-wire the batteries, 2 of them. George spent several hours researching an answer to my problem. Learning that buying a new battery case was not possible due to the age of my scooter, he went about the tedious task of re-wiring it. He was successful and I now have my working scooter back! I can’t express how very grateful I am for all his efforts. He never gave up and his tenacity saved me the cost of a new scooter. I want to add that George’s assistant, Martha, was very kind and accommodating to me as well. What a good team they make! I Feel Good Medical will have my business forever more!

I could not be more satisfied with the rollator walker I've just purchased from the I Feel Good outlet in Fairfield. George is knowledgeable regarding every item in his store and will do whatever he can to ensure his customers also know exactly what they are purchasing. He and his staff are easy to talk to, understanding and thoroughly professional and I recommend them for whatever medical equipment or device need you might have. You won't find better service.

I rented a manual wheel chair for one month. They had the chair I needed and delivered it the same evening. Very friendly service, and for the price quoted. Highly recommend this company.

My Mother and I went into this Medical Equipment rental store yesterday and met the nicest lady ever! She seems to be the person running the show, however she is not the owner. I was in so much pain since having eye surgery because of how I was (trying) to sleep. This woman working there gave me the best, most needed , neck massage EVER! She was quick and to the point with the rental paperwork and the price wasn’t bad at all! Did I tell you about the massage though!? Lol. The massage isn’t an offered service, I should add.. She was seriously so kind. The chair I rented is in great shape as well. From what I could see inside the shop, everything is in new condition. I would recommend this facility for many reason, but the massage would be number one! Lol.

George Nixon provided service at a level far beyond my expectations. While George was driving the 80 mile distance to bring me a power wheelchair, I was suddenly stuck in the Emergency Room with no way home to meet him and take delivery. George calmly went into problem solving mode and worked with my apartment personnel to deliver the fully-charged wheelchair into my apartment so that when I finally arrived, BAM! It was there to greet me and start my new period of mobility.

Every step of the way, George helped me over the phone until I became fully comfortable with every aspect of the chair.

Another note: I shopped around and George's pricing was the most competitive.

Some would say the wheelchair is a God-send. I say the wheelchair is a George-send.

George answered our call immediately, late on a Monday afternoon. He brought the bed I needed that evening for a surgery my wife was having the next morning. He was incredibly responsive, friendly, and really seemed to care about our needs. The price was very competitive, and we wouldn't hesitate to use George again for any of our medical equipment needs. Two thumbs up.

I just received one of the most pleasant customer service experiences ever while purchasing something I knew nothing about. My husband hurt his knee and he can barely bend it. So I went there looking for a seat riser for the toilet and some crutches, as Kaiser and this Covid-19 new policy makes it almost impossible to get anything from them. George the owner was there and he helped me tremendously. I was able to purchase both for only $10 over my budget but he made it experience so pleasant I would definitely return here for all my Medical supplies needs. He even carried my purchase to my car for me. Best customer service ever.

We needed to buy a charger for my 87 year old dad's scooter and my dad accidentally ordered the wrong charger from Brandi over the phone. Brandi, the store manager was so accommodating and very nice and exchanged it for the correct one. Even though it was a more money she did not charge the difference because my dad was already set on paying only the original amount. I would highly recommend this business to everyone. On 13 February 2019 we purchased a Pride Go-Go Plus Travel Scooter from I feel Good Medical Outlet, Fairfield CA. The personal training we received on how to take the scooter apart and how to reassemble it was well presented and detailed. George has helped our family on so many occasions, I don't know where to begin. Smart solutions, great products and he always makes things happen even if it means delivering in person or helping set up parts and pieces on a Saturday. This is the GoTo place in Fairfield and an indispensable part of a family's home care for their loved ones.

This is now my Go-To Medical Supply source. I travel 450 miles to help my parents in Napa, CA. My time is really limited, and I was in a hurry to get a hospital bed for Mom. Napa sources weren't very helpful, and were very expensive. I found I Feel Good through a Google search. George (the owner) and his office staff were so compassionate, knowledgeable, and helpful I couldn't believe it. He took the time to ask questions that resulted in just the right product. He personally delivered and set up the bed, showed Mom how to use it, and made sure we knew he was available for assistance at any time. We got great service, a great price, and exactly what Mom needed. Outstanding!

Excellent customer service. I was unsure as to what to get for my grandmother’s problems and the manager and his staff were so so helpful! Their medical knowledge is like speaking to a nurse or a MD. Can’t say how much I appreciate the customer service and the owner even followed up with a call to see how the products worked!!

George the owner was absolutely outstanding at delivering everything I needed to my assisted living facility and was knowledgeable about how things worked and stayed as long as needed to make sure I knew how to operate wheel chairs and commodes and all the items I got from his store!
They are my one stop shop for medical supplies!

What a wonderful store and staff/owner! I was very glad I went to the shop to pick out a post-op device. Thoughtful for comfort and consideration of what the doc wants me to have.
