Very nice experience - My daughter’s car needed a new battery for her car. Went to O’Reilly to get the battery. Trevor helped me and even installed it since this was an older car 2013 making it an easier replacement. Overall great experience here.

Thanks to Vince I was able to fix my pedal. Me and my wife were out for bike ride and my pedal broke off. The bolt was stripped and with limited supplies Vince was able to assist me on how to repair the bike. After following instructions we were on our way home. Thank you again!

Quite impress with the service I received here last week, I needed to do a major tune up on my sister's 2014 mazda 6. The gentlemen really took the time to assist me , and did not cut corners nor did I felt like he rushed the process regardless of how many people was waiting inline. above and beyond customer relation. I have a slow leak in my rear tire so I got Fix A Flat tire sealant and a tubeless tire kit.
The tire is playing tricks on me Again because it Fixed itself after pumping air with my portable compressor.

Aha! Fixed it. 12 seconds ( a Sponge Bob moment) I noticed the front right tire had a fist size chunk of tread missing with the steel belt exposed.

So, I did the right thing by driving another 75 miles back home using back and frontage roads. I stopped for a beer at country store and camped out in my truck camper shell. Man, these foggy nights get real chilly.
Next time, I'll light the propane camp stove. Finally got home 3 days later.

Always willing to answer questions and get parts that I need. Very quick service. Not everyone is experienced or even qualified to hold a wrench, but most of the employees try their best.

The only place I go for parts. These guys and gals are friendly and know their stuff. Typically in stock, and if not, they can get it there pretty quick. Highly recommended.
