AT&T Store

Came in today to activate my phone was greeted and helped by Alexis. He has great customer service very friendly. Really appreciate all the help and knowledge he gave me. Really enjoyed me trip to the store today. Really appreciate Andrew as well for helping me a few days ago opening up for lines for me and my family members. Really love the environment there. If I could give them 11 stars I would !!

I’m new to the area an needed to upgrade my iPhone. Immediately I was greeted bye Drew and asked how I could be helped. We where having some technical problems with me switching over service and I was then helped my Vinny who was very professional n helpful. This store is definitely one of the best ones I’ve been to and I recommend it. Thank you to the entire staff Vinny, Drew and Tanya.

My daughter and I came into the AT&T store last minute on Christmas Eve to trade in our phones and get help transferring data to one of our new phones. Alexis helped us, he was awesome. Extremely patient and knowledgeable. We are grateful for his assistance in this process. And so grateful that he was not rushing us on Christmas Eve.

Tanya was such a great help went two days in a row and she was very friendly and smiley knew exactly what I needed help with.. the store environment is great awesome customer service definitely returning 😆

My mom and I came in to have a transfer from iPhone to iPhone on Christmas Eve, the employee Alexis was very helpful and patient with my mom and I. The process was fast, he had great customer service skills. I appreciate his help and his knowledge. Looking forward to coming back. Thank you Alexis.

The individual that helped me today was Vinny. He was very knowledgeable of the product and super friendly, I will definitely revisit the store in the future and give high recommendations for him

Yesterday was my first time coming to this location and I have to say I’m very impressed. Alexis was very welcoming, professional, and he was able to help me decide which iPhone I should upgrade to. Highly recommend this location! 10/10

I've been with AT&T for a while and I needed higher internet service, but I wasn't sure how much so I went into the store, and Destynie helped me. She was so personable and knowledgeable! She helped me understand what I needed and got me the best price and service just for me!! I left feeling great! And yup what she recommended is great and the exact amount I needed!!
