Reet she is a nice person how work and do a good service with the clients.

While on vacation we had a problem with a cell phone. Dylan at ATT replaced the phone in less than 10 minutes. Awesome service and made a new friend.

I went to the store because my phone was not working, First I met Max who helped me get a great deal on a new plan and phone and his co worker Dylan helped me get all the right accessories.
They were both professional and courteous. They helped me set up my phone and I was on my way feeling really good about my purchase. I definitely recommend this store.

My daughter and I stopped in the replace a lost phone and Max was very helpful. Very knowledgeable and explained all options . He assisted us with all tasks even when working on line. Very happy with service and Max is just a nice guy.

Fantastic place — and Max, the store manager, is absolutely the best. In less than five minutes, he diagnosed and fixed the problem that AT&T's useless customer service reps had been dithering with all day — I really wish I'd started here! Look forward to using them for all of my sales and service needs going forward. Everything you could hope for in a well-run local business.

Very helpful and pleasant staff to work with. Store is neatly kept and very clean. Parking can bea bit tricky since the store entrance is on the main road.

The female employee who works at the AT&T store in Southampton, NY named Gerry was extremely helpful. She was very knowledgeable & thorough. She made my experience there absolutely wonderful. If you’re having any problems with your service or plan, ask for Gerry! She is a great asset to AT&T.

Gerry and Nancy are the most knowledgeable and helpful associates I have ever been helped by at an at&t store. My experience in the Shirley location was ok but did not have any personal touch like the experience in Southampton. They are always willing to help and I will definitely continue visiting this location!

I had a great experience at At&t in Southampton. Jerry was very kind. Helped me set up everything on my new phone, which wasn't easy because I had forgotten most, if not all of my passwords. I asked for the managers name to write a letter about the great service and she said the managers name was Nancy. Not any of the names mentioned in other comments. I have nothing but good things to say.

Nancy was excellent! She spent a lot of time trying to correct a problem Optimum had created w my email. She helped me w my new phone set-up too. She went way beyond what she had to do to help me. Pls give the woman a raise!!
