I’m visiting from The Big Apple 🍎, I must say that I’m quite impressed by the size of the store and the product the Elegant Beauty Supplies has to offer. Ms. Faithlyn was absolutely amazing and very knowledgeable of the products that the supply has to offer. The best experience I ever encountered through out my lifestyle of beauty.

Best beauty supply in the fort Lauderdale Area. This beauty supply has a big inventory compared to other beauty supply in the area it’s also open until 12am (very convenient), and not to mention the exceptional service received from FAITHLYN. She is an amazing worker and every time I walk in the store it’s either a “good morning, good afternoon, good night, would you like help with anything”. Recommend this beauty store 10/10 and when you go ask for FAITHLYN, she will help you with all your needs, she is a very polite person, not to mention she is always smiling, and she definitely has a lot of product knowledge.

Faithlyn is the most pleasant beauty supply personnel I’ve ever met. She is so helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable to tell you exactly where to find what you are looking for. And this store has every supply you need and they open early!

I really like the customer service there. I walked into the store with 2 empty spray bottles from my wife , the girl at the register, Faithlyn was her name , automatically knew I was lost, 😆. She called me over and said are you looking for these ? And directed me to the aisle. Another gentleman, probably one of the managers came over right away to help me find them. They make me feel important at that store.

They close at midnight, what an advantage!

I went looking for a medical recommended shampoo and they have it.
Make up, all type of hair products, skin products, wigs...
They sell accesories, shades, lashes, antibacterial wipes, a lot!! Go check it out!

This is a LARGE location with a vast selection. Although I went in for something specific, I don’t doubt I’d be able to find whatever I need. The staff seemed nice and it’s in a good spot in the plaza (right next to Ross).

Faith Lyn is a great employee, and has great customer service. It was raining heavily today, and she met me at the door to help. She also stored my umbrella in a safe place to keep it from wetting the floors. Thank you to her for making such a rainy day have a little sunshine!

They have an awesome array of beauty supplies, plus a beauty salon is located at the rear of the store. Wonderful combination 😍!!!

Came in last night and Narisa assisted me so much.She is always so helpful and polite. She has an amazing personality and is so quick to help. She makes me want to come back that store. Excellent service job well done

When I went into the store one of the representatives which I believe her name was Daniela. She was very sweet and persistent with help me find what I was looking for. She made my shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. I wish there were more people like her. She deserves a raise ! I’ll be coming back. Best customer service ever.

Shopping experience here was really awesome place was nicely laid out and I had the best customer service help from Faithlyn. She was calm and attentive and answered all my questions. She made my experience so much the better. 2 thumbs up for store and the customer service.

I’ve been working at Elegant as a stylist for a long time. Since I met Faithline she’s been a wonderful person. Hard working lady. She helped the customers a lot. Always pleasant and welcoming. She makes the store look very professional. Keep up the good work.

The store is clean and organized. I always get greeted upon entering the store . Fabiola and Faithlyn are great sales associates. Fabiola was patient with me and guided me with some of the products. These ladies excuted exceptional customer service

Excellent staff, wide variety of beauty products, I especially love the hair. Visited the store yesterday and had such a wonderful experience all because this lovely Indian lady Narisa. She was so soft spoken and made my shopping such an ease. Great job.

my daughter and stopped here as this was the
closest place. This store is amazing. Everything
was so organized and clean. Narisa was very
respectful and helped me since it was my first
