Excellent batteries, excellent prices, excellent customer service. The folks that run the Cape location are very helpful and friendly. Blake is an excellent fellow as well as the young lady that works along side him at the front desk. Great group of folks.

I am very thankful to Ellis Battery. My car battery decided to go out completely to the point where a jump start wouldn’t work. I called and asked for a battery delivery and install. I asked to go anytime on Friday so they set me up for Friday morning at 9:30 am and said they would call at 9 to confirm. 9 A.M. rolls around and no call comes. Around 3pm, I get a call from Steve at Ellis Battery. He apologizes and says that one of the worker’s wife had a baby that morning, so they were very busy and he just got a chance to call, but he would come out immediately. He came and replaced my battery. He was very nice. Then, even though I hadn’t complained or anything as I understand situations happen and that Ellis does deliveries and installs on an availablity basis, he gave me a great discount. That is good customer service. I am a young college aged girl and some places would try to take advantage of that, but instead Ellis Battery treated me better than should be expected. I want all to know if you’re looking for a trustworthy place, this would be it.

Stopped in to see if someone could install a new battery in my sealed phone. I wasn't expecting to accomplish this, but I also wasn't expecting when, they couldn't help me, they referred me to two other competitors in the area. I knew my issue was a long-shot, but it's great that when they knew they couldn't help, they sent me to check other places. That's good customer service!

My battery went out one month (one year and eleven months) before warranty went to pro-rating portion. Stopped in they tested it, found it was weak and replaced it free of charge and out the door with a pleasant experience in less than 15 minutes.
Couldn't be more pleased, you have a lifetime customer!

When I found myself needing to replace a car battery, I very nearly skipped over Ellis Battery in favor of going to a big box store or auto parts retailer. On the advice of a friend, I decided to go ahead and call them up first just to check pricing and whether the battery would even be available. To my complete surprise, they not only had the battery, but they actually carried several of them at varying price points with different warranty options available. Even more surprising still was the fact that this small specialty store's prices were not only comparable to the big chain stores, but in this case they were actually cheaper! Better still, you'll find the staff is incredibly fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. They even offered to carry the battery out to my car. I highly recommend this business.

So I priced several competitors. I purchased a battery with a 5 yr warranty for within 10 bucks of most companies 2 too 3 yr warranty options they were fast friendly and professional. I will not purchase my batteries from anywhere else. From now on

The associate was very helping. My battery was replaced at the pro rate under warranty without any hassle. He tested the voltage and the alternator and went above and beyond to ensure my car was functioning correctly.
