Party City

This party city is by far the best that I’ve been to! It’s easy to find things. Actually stocked with everything and then some! To be honest, my encounter with Cassie was by far the best! She’s kind, creative with my balloon orders every single time…this review is way over do!!! She is a vital asset to the establishment and I can say that after visiting other party city’s! Can’t express enough gratitude for her! They all work as a great team as it seems that they actually want to be there vs what I normally see at other stores! But Cassie has a creative eye anda lot of times they already have the balloons already made which helps when you don’t have time, though I would always call in advance or make an order in advance! Thank you from the bottom of my heart Cassie!!!! 💯🙏🏻❤🌺🍃

I found some gingerbread houses! I looked everywhere for it and didn't know that party city has them...

The staff here are so nice and helpful! My go to store for birthday balloons. There was the kindest woman who took care of our balloons and made my son smile and laugh so big. Huge kudos to this store!

Grand daughter wanted cat ears and tail. This was the only place that had them. Thank You

They typically have Lake Orion kitchy gifts - Like LO key chains, or other knickknack things you might give out to teammates.

Great place with cheap but affordable prices. One question, what happened to your guys 15¢, $1 and 30¢ items? I noticed the whole section was empty.

Helium shortage put a damper on my daughter's party. But the staff where really friendly and helpful with picking different options

Brenda, the Store Mgr, Barb, Christine and Cecile always do an AWESOME job assisting each customer in finding exactly what they need, providing bulk discounts and making sure everyone gets their balloon and banner orders, correctly and quickly! I love the $1 Tender Thoughts greeting cards but, I'm biased as I work for AG 😉.

I needed a receipt for an expense report, and lost it. I called the store to speak with a manager to find the 2 month old receipt, and she worked with me for 25 MINUTES to find it, email it to me, the day after New Year's. EXCELLENT customer service.

Always has a large selection. Usually they even have things day of or day before, something dollar tree or other general stores can't keep up with.
Little over priced, but thats not the store associated fault so I'm not docking stars, though I would if it was.

The best quality of products.. I finally found the pez refills in a big bag so now I don't have to drive to frankinmuth to buy a large quantity

We had a last minute balloon order. We had not called ahead and it was a busy morning, but they still accommodated us as best they could and got the balloons filled in no time.

A great place to shop for all your party needs. I really enjoyed the variety of product and the assortment of colors.
