AT&T Store

Onyx was a great help and seems very good at what he does, I highly recommend him if you go to this store. The process itself was not easy (ATT account complications on a family account) but he made it work. Thank you.

Soon as I walked in the store Felicia asked if she could help me. I was in dire need of a phone because I just lost mine at the hospital. She let me know my options. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. I didn’t feel like I was a bother or felt rushed. While she was hooking me up I got to chat with the rest of the team and they are a team. It was nice to walk in there and know they are there for each other and their clients. Excellent customer service! Thank you all so much!

After having a terrible experience attempting to upgrade our phones at another store and being left with no service on the new or the old phones. We decided to contact this location.
Bailey, the store manager, explained how the upgrade should have gone and then spent several hours correcting the issues created by the other store and setting our phones up so they would work as promised. Can’t say enough great things about the 37th and Peoria store, Bailey and the rest of the staff!

Joseph and his manager were awesome! This is my fav AT&T store in Tulsa. Professional, helpful, and took the time to answer all my questions.

Bailey and his associate were informative, patient and fun. They both were knowledgeable. Jesse was also very helpful when I went back today to drop off my trade in phone.

This store is the best! All of the staff were so helpful and friendly. My 2 year old was with me and they went above and beyond helping keep her entertained while we were in the store. They understand the saying “it takes a village” they were our village tonight and I couldn’t be more grateful. We dealt directly with Onyx and manager Bailey. Phenomenal men. If I ever have to go back in store, I will be going here!

I went to 2 other ATT stores and didn't like their attitude. I used to live in Brookside and was happy with the way I was treated at that store. Although it is across town and went down there and was greeted by Onyx. He told me he could order a phone that would be good for me and it would be there the next morning. True to his word the phone came in and he assisted me in uploading all I needed.

Joseph is one of the most helpful employees I have had the pleasure of working with.

My fiancé and I went in to get her a new I watch. We were greeted as soon as we came in. Victoria took great care of us explained my options. Lauren showed us her watch so my fiancé could see the color difference between her silver one and the one that we purchased. It was so nice dealing with somebody who knew what they were doing. It did not take long and we enjoyed their customer service attention to detail. Thank you Victoria and Lauren the help. I had previously bought two phones and a watch from there in the past and really enjoyed the Peoria store.

Used this store (even though we had one closer) only because we wanted to visit Trader Joe’s next door. Kirsten was very helpful with setting us up with some new phones. Only downfall is the transfers from one phone to another took some time so we had to drive home and come back, no fault of the store. Clean, comfortable store with very professional associates.

Came in to this location reluctantly but necessary. Glad I did! Onyx handles my issue with my new watch like a PRO! I’ll definitely be back to this store! Great store management is the difference!

Went into this location totally overwhelmed with switching all my info over to another phone. Victoria Mersch swooped in and saved the day! Thank u SO much for all your help. I came to this location looking for an accessory for the phone I bought at another location. My 3 minutes of interaction with Onyx was better and more productive than the 45 minutes I wasted at another location. Onyx was friendly and knowledgeable. Wish I had come to this location first
