AT&T Store

Jesus greeted my boyfriend and I right away. We let him know we wanted to see if we were eligible for upgrades (which we were), and helped us choose between the Apple 15 Pro and Pro Max. We ultimately decided on the pro max thanks to the info Jesus shared with us about the specs, and thankfully the phones we selected were in stock! Super fast, easy, and enjoyable experience! Thank you Jesus!

It was 😎. The young man who helped me was awesome. He helped me with my trade in and gave me all the information I needed regarding the process. It wasn't crowded actually I walked right in and got assisted. Great experience would definitely continue to visit this store again.

Tristan at the AT&T Store @University Parkway San Bernardino was extremely helpful. He acknowledged us as soon as we went in while he dispatched someone else and got both of our cellphone upgrades out of the way professionally, courteously, and efficiently. All throughout, he was sociable and felt less like talking to a sales rep and more like talking to an actual person or acquaintance

My family and I went in to switch over from Sprint. Tristan made the entire process simple and easy; he was a pleasure to work with and never once made us feel pressured or uncomfortable. He was very knowledgeable and made our satisfaction and happiness his main priority. Overall a great experience!

Jeff and Melissa are the absolute best! Every time I go in there they are super helpful and give us their best costumer service. My mom is known to ask a lot of questions and Jeff did his best and answered them to the best of his knowledge. Definitely going to keep coming here for all phone needs!

Okay..... I had the BEST experience here with the manager Matt, I have never had such a breezy visit at an At&t deler ever. He was extremely helpful and made sure I understood all of my options. He ended up helping me upgrade my mother's phone as well as my boyfriend's phone. His store didn't have the phone we wanted in stock so he drove out of his way to another store to make sure we got the phones we wanted. He was extermely knowledgeable and had a solution for all of my issues and concerns.
I don't usually write paragraphs about my experiences but I am more then pleased with Matt's work. I am EXTREMELY happy with my visit today, I highly recommended this place to all my friends and family. Thank you Matt for all your help!!!!!

Very friendly staff. They weren't able to help us through an entire process in one sitting, but they provided phone numbers and a wealth of information to see to our being able to solve a problem with a long since deactivated account. Not pushy and very knowledgeable staff made it a positive experience.

Over the phone I purchased a new tablet. When setting it up I had a question and went to the local AT&T store to complete the setup and register the new SIM card and tablet.
