Jerard and Arie at the ATT store on Harding in Surfside truly went above and beyond to get our new cell phone restored despite numerous issues concerning our complicated situation involving multiple phones and out of state owners. They used all their initiative and intelligence until they got the job done successfully!
They persevered with patience and humor and were so nice and helpful.
We are truly so grateful for their help!

The other day I came to your location to purchase a new phone because my iPhone was outdated. I was attended by Gerard after much conversation he mentioned he’d be transferring to another store. With that being said i’ll be traveling to that other location to see him for all my AT&T needs.

Rolando (the manager) was superb! All of his staff were funny, kind and profesional. As soon as I walked in the store I was helped and my issue was resolved quickly. My partner and I have visited *many* AT&T stores in Miami recently as I just became a new customer. Of all the stores, I will only be visiting this one again! Frankly, the employees in official “corporate” store were far less attentive or kind. Thank you Rolando for your assistance!

I just moved in Miami and after an awful experience with another phone company, I came across to this At&t store. The two ladies (sorry I didn’t note down your names) were the most helpful and kind people. They took their time to process my new plan explaining all the options I had. 10/10 recommended

I live across the country. My mom suffered a fall during her visit and her phone was damaged in the process. When she received the new phone, she went to this store completely confused about the process (I have set up her phones for the past 10+years). She had the good fortune of being attended to by Tracy who truly went above and beyond in having endless patience and superb problem-solving skills so my mom could leave the store with a working phone with all her information and accounts still on it. (Especially Netflix!) Anyway, Tracy, I hope you feel appreciated for your work yesterday and when you are having a bad day, just know that customers are very lucky to have you work with them. Shout out to Melba, the manager and new staff for their efforts in rebuilding the store!

Was In need of a new phone and came in Monday afternoon and was getting helped by Christian one of the stores reps. They had a wide selection of phones and pretty hard to choose from , but with Christian help he narrowed down the right selection for my price rage and the right phone. I can easily say what great customer service skills , fast work paste, and great with kids. I will definitely be recommending friends / family and will be coming back when it’s time for a update!

The young lady put a new SIM card in reg it. The phone was working there and in the car I could receive all my missed call messages. But now I am home and tried to call my doctor it said I am not connected with a network??? Same back again I can't make any calls .

By far the best customer service at AT&T hands down!!!! Mahdi is the best and very patient. He truly loves his job and it shows. He should be promoted! Thank you again for being amazing ! Recommend this place to everyone!!!!!

It was a really good experience. They attended me very well and resolved all my questions. Because of this tipe of people that work on AT&T I will never try to move to another company.
