Purchased the lavender sweatshirt from here and love it! The employees were so helpful because they didn’t have my size when I went and told me to come back the next morning and she’d set one aside for me when the evening shipment came in! They also have much prettier color options for tees than the trading company across the street. So happy with this place!

We came in here to purchase gifts and left with nothing because the employees were very rude. I do not like to support businesses that don’t respect their customers. There are plenty of other stores nearby that have better customer service.

I have never taken the time to write a bad review but after my experience today at Rosemary Beach Collection, I felt compelled.
After purchasing the below women’s tank this morning, I came back with my sister this afternoon because she was interested in getting one as well. They ran out of the blue and only had pink in this style but after inquiring, the sales associate insisted they never had this blue, only the ones we saw and I must have gotten it across the street. I was very clear about the style and that I indeed purchased it at her store but she was very rude in her communication (verbal and non) as she dismissed me.
Generally speaking, in a customer service role, it’s best to adopt the attitude that the customer is always right…especially when the customer is right!
It’s a shame because it’s a cute store that was ruined by its employee.

It’s a bummer that the people working there are such b****** for such a cute store. Especially one woman in particular. If you’ve been to this store you know who I’m talking about. Either they know management personally and get away with their behavior/attitudes or management doesn’t look at their online reviews. Whenever I make the trip back to Rosemary I hope shes still working there, because I’ll give her plenty of petty kindness while giving her a midwest earful. It’s very rude and frankly immature how she treats people. I get people have bad days/lives, but doesn’t mean that you need to make other people miserable along with you. Felt like high school all over again sheesh.

The staff is very rude and unfriendly, pretty sure it’s the owner or some type of manager who is so unfriendly. For being a small beach shop, we were very disappointed. I will be spending my money elsewhere

I came into this store yesterday with my best friend and I found a cute little romper to try on and asked the lady if she had a dressing room and she pointed to the back. As I walk to the dressing room I hear her say “ they don’t need to be in here” and “ watch them.” I’m assuming because I’m young and am not dressed the cutest because I just came from the beach. I understand retail and how frustrating it can be, but this middle aged woman was about the worst sale associate I’ve ever-experienced just about anywhere. This store has such cute things and so much potential, but with customer service like this I would rather not even walk passed this establishment ever again. At the very least they need to learn how to whisper a little bit better.

I came Aprox 6 months ago and the older lady working was very rude… No greeting. Looked me up and down like I don’t belong there. Thought maybe she’s having a bad day and wrote it off. Came back today to the same older lady and same cold, rude reception, now welcome or acknowledgment. We will not ever be back. If they continually get these kind of reviews and nothing changes, then I hope the store closes soon.

Such a cute store. The lady working was extremely rude. She did not greet anyone. She didn't greet anyone at the register when checking out. When I got up to the register with my purchase she said nothing. When I said thank you she said uh uh. They do not have a friendly staff.

We have been in numerous times and always feel unwanted. I assumed it is because we come in with boisterous littles but I sense this is just their way. It is a shame because they have cute kids clothes and next to my favorite men’s store next door.

Very unfriendly staff. No one said Hello at all while we were spending a small fortune in the store!
