Seacrest Beach Trading Company

This is a small store but it was my favorite. The woman at the counter was helpful with finding after sun care and what she recommended was amazing. I also liked the shirts here the best. They were reasonably priced and cute. This store is actually by premier realty. The map is not correct. But the pin location is only about 200 ft off (I did suggest an edit)

This store is now named Paradise Found. Visited today and sounds like my experience was very similar to many of these others. Should have read the reviews before visiting, but didn't think I'd have to worry about a place in a nice area like this. I was chastised by an employee for searching for my size in a sweatshirt and then realized that the only two left in my size had little spots/stains on them. We mentioned them to the woman who was standing right behind me staring at me after chastising me and she said it's just a part of the fabric.🤔 She was extremely rude to me and I should've left but loved the sweatshirt so I bought it anyway, hoping the stain would come out. Washed it in free and clear detergent, inside out, cold water, gentle cycle. Pulled it out of the washing machine and not only did the stain NOT come out, the letters are peeling off. I'm so mad at myself for still buying something after the way I was treated and now I clearly made a mistake. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

wow. i’m at a loss for words, many other family’s in the store yet they chose to target mine making sure not to leave our side the entire time we shopped. They made sure to stop us and tell us to leave our stuff at the register so that we don’t “steal it” After i paid for my merchandise the owner of the store who WATCHED me pay asked me if i paid and to see my receipt as i was putting my stuff away in my bag. Very disgusted and disappointed. I can’t even shop in peace anymore. Also they replied that it’s not them and i have the
wrong store but i can assure you i’m not mistaken, it was definitely y’all’s store. Own up to it. Also i attached pics of my receipt.

Really disappointed with the customer service. They will reply with the generic “you got us confused with another store”, but i’m not mistaken. Followed us around the whole store, breathing down our necks only to tell us “a lot of people steal so we’re watching you”, when multiple other people in the store got no such warning. i’m not sure what the policy here is, but it’s incredibly rude. i should’ve just left because i was incredibly shocked at their behavior considering the location.

I was trying to find a sweatshirt in my size as they were all in the wrong sizing spots. I lifted one to see if it fit, it was too large so I set it on the pile next to mine so I could finish searching through the stacked sweatshirts for my size. A worker came up to me telling me to not make a mess of her store, she then stood there and watched me look through to find my size, accusing me of making a mess for unfolding ONE shirt. I proceeded to tell her that the mess was that the sizes were mixed up and i’m having to spend 10 minutes looking for a size instead of enjoying our family vacation. She was absolutely rude and just stood there watching me. My friend who was also with us said another girl yelled at her for not hearing her greet her at the door. We are literally adult women with toddlers, and they treated us like we were 14.

We bought several shirts from here and every single one started deteriorating after the first wash. (Inside out, cold water, delicate wash, tumble dry low) I even started hanging them to dry after that and they just keep getting worse. You can't even tell what they say anymore because the lettering has mostly come off. The quality is so poor. Such a waste of money.

Horrible customer service. Several other families were in the store and they targeted mine, staying on our tails the entire time we were shopping, telling us to leave items at the front because “other people steal them”, etc. I would’ve dropped all my items and left under any other circumstance. So incredibly rude. Unbelievable for the area and never have experienced something like this with my family who has had a residence here for multiple years.

So upset with my visit today. The employees have no decorum, following customers around the store with no regard for personal space, telling us to put our items at the front because people steal, etc. I was shocked with the behavior and never plan to give them any business again.
