I walked in and immediately said “I’m gonna need help” and Ray was on top of it! I explained what my goal was with the shoes I wanted to purchase and he got me measured, watched my walk, asked questions like if I had any areas that experience pain when I’m walking or what type of cushioning I prefer and then proceeded to give me four different options to test out based on the information given. He took his time and didn’t make me feel pressured or rushed. I hadn’t even left the store yet and I was texting a friend to recommend this place.

Staff person was very helpful in making sure I got the right shoes for my Plantar Fasciitis. Very friendly and knowledgeable about the shoe selection they had.

Amazing! Stopped in to get a pair of running shoes because I left mine at home and was in the area visiting with a family emergency. Staff was great and not only helped me find the right shoes, but also, learning I was new in the area, gave me great advice about local running routes, etc. I quickly went from not having a 0air of shoes to run in to having a great pair of shoes and hitting a local trail running! Whole experience was great and reminded me that, even in this age of online commerce, some things we owe it to ourselves to get out in the community to get!

The young man was very helpful. a decent selection, but shortages everywhere have affected so many stores. I did like the brand that he suggested, although they didn't have the color combination I was looking for. I would certainly go there again for Running shoes

Excellent experience @ Gotta Run!! Mia was the best!! Coach and Mia helped us out and taught us alot about shoes we had no idea about. It's very refreshing to find a place that cares about the customer experience. We will be back in 6 months.

As a local physical therapist I refer all of my clients to get a gait analysis performed by Kevin or Jerrod. It’s imperative to have the best proper footwear with anything!! Not only do they listen to your story but they provide you with plenty of options to choose from. It is a family environment there and these guys are nothing but awesome!!

Ken is a pro and he made sure to go above and beyond ensure I had the info I needed before making a purchase. Don't waste time with Amazon or one of the national franchise shoe stores in town. These folks have competitive pricing and a wealth of knowledge to make sure you make the right purchase!

It’s been a battle with finding some comfortable shoes to work in the ER! I don’t know where to begin ! The owner of the store went above and beyond to find me a shoe that will not cause me agony at the end of a 12 hour shift ! I’ve tried 3 different pairs of shoes (Hokas, New Balance Altra ) , each time I wore the shoe at least 2 weeks to make sure it felt right. He even encouraged me to run in them . So I did. He even created more cushion for me shoe using the insole as the template! If the shoe hurt he allowed me to bring them back being dirty and never questions the use of the shoe. With that alone he has earned my business. If you are looking for a shoe salesman who really looks out for the well-being of his customers please come to “Gotta Run.”

Best place in Spartanburg to get running shoes, nutrition and apparel. The staff are very helpful and will get you what you need for your next run. They also have a lot of experience with local races and running in general.

I had a difficult time finding throwing shoes. However, I emailed Gotta Run and they were prompt with responding. They answered all of my questions and were very detailed. The price was reasonable also. I would recommend and visit them again!
