I recently visited this UPS store , and I must say, it was a stellar experience from start to finish. The moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and an eagerness to assist that you don’t see just anywhere. The staff members were not only professional and knowledgeable but also exceptionally patient, taking the time to explain the various shipping options and helping me find the best solution for my needs.

What really stood out to me was the efficiency of their service. Despite the store being busy, they handled each customer with care and speed, ensuring that everyone was attended to without feeling rushed. The environment was clean and well-organized, making it easy to navigate through their wide range of services and products.

I came to this store a week ago to ship something to NY and they came to my apartment and help me to pack all kind of things and even few paintings, after that they also help me to ship. I am very happy that everything arrived perfect and on time. Totally recommend them.

Seriously the best UPS in the area and all of Miami. Their staff is extremely competent and so kind. It’s the only UPS I will go to & will happily drive further just to deal with this specific location. Never long lines, every staff member is quick/intelligent.

We have been coming to this UPS for years and luckily most of the time we are assisted by miss Katya. She is the most kind, polite and nicest person you can come across these days in customer service. She has always a smile on her face and is always very positive and helpful no matter what the situation. I hope that that UPS recognizes the fact that they have such a great employee.

I love this UPS, they do everything fast and effective... If you need to send any packages. Amazing staff. Go to them, Marcos was the one who helped me fix my issue with the packaging that I had which 2 other places failed to deliver in. BEST UPS around.

I often use this UPS store and I want to note that it works absolutely wonderfully, despite the frequent queues due to the large number of people who come here precisely because the store works great. The employee Denis does a particularly wonderful job and I am always especially pleased that he, with great patience and understanding, delves into all the problems that arise and solves them. He is the most valuable employee of this UPS store. I am sincerely grateful to him for solving difficult issues.

This is an excellent, well run business that provides a wide array of services such as shipping, copying and notary needs. If you need help ask for Katya, she always assists my wife and I with our inquiries and she is super knowledgeable and always very patient and sweet. Multifunctional store in Sunny Isles plaza. You can find so many useful things and services here. Starting with print station, notary service and even key razing. Stuff is friendly and helpful. Russian speaking. Service was fast and clear. Definitely recommended.

I use this store often. Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. Packages always reach their destination. Same owners for years with beautiful golden Labrador Retrievers who come to work daily.
