Party City

Lots of things to buy here to party. Know I now why this place is called party city.

Absolutely amazing customer service. Jenny G really goes above and beyond for customers. I live in North OC but will be returning to this location for party supplies for my children's birthday parties.

I found a lot of options and different items that I can mix and match to make a special little party for my two year old in a matter of minutes. I was able to order balloons from the aisles and from the wall in advance. That made it very convenient to pay there and pick up the date of the party with no waiting in line. All the staff were helpful and readily available both times that I visited. The place is very clean and well-organized. I love the little specials and samples of decorations at the very entrance that is really great to see. The prices were great especially for such unique items.

Staff was great, busy busy but made time for me and made me feel welcomed.

I’ve been coming here for a long time, but I’ve had cause to go a lot recently and I am so impressed with the people who work here. It’s constantly busy in there, but they are always genuinely kind, efficient and really know their products.

Love the customer service! The girl @ register (sorry, forgot your name) was super bubbly, friendly, helpful & just a pleasure! Tall, dark hair, young and again, super sweet (management will know who it is!).

Good to place for any party supplies you need. Always have pretty good prices and I do really like the little prize and toy section, they have tons to choose from and you can keep within budget easily. They also have every color imaginable if you need to coordinate for a specific theme. I do like to go after holidays to the clearance section because they always have great stuff leftover. Overall love the place and just makes me want to throw more parties

I was unsatisfied with the online ordering process because I never received a confirmation email with receipt, which made pickup difficult. Additionally, my order was missing items and I was overcharged. However, the manager, Paul, was very helpful in rectifying my order and even comped my order.

Large store with a wide selection of inexpensive party decorations. The 5 star rating is for a very deep selection for nearly any occasion. The only time I've seen this location run low was for costumes the last week before Halloween. Apart from that expected selection they will almost always have what you are looking for. Nearly everything here is inexpensive. Don't look for high priced permanent decor. Everything here is a use once premise.

Most of the items I needed were low or out per store employees due to port issue but they were very nice in helping me find the things I needed suggesting I visit other stores like Smart and Final to find the supplies I needed!!!! Thank You Party City!
