Today I was no very excited about coming into the store to add additional phone lines, add a Direct TV account & purchase 2 new phones. I knew it was going to be a painful few hours.
To my surprise, it was a painless experience. Joshua was very informative and helpful through the entire process. He explained everything in detail.
I highly recommend coming to this store for great customer service.

Customer service here has been good for mostly. I never been treated in correctly and they helped my family and I fix our fixes sigh buying on contract with out anything charged. Ask for Derek he is an amazing worker and looks out for the best for the customers.

I had a very pleasurable purchasing experience at the AT&T store at the address of 17342 Colima Road in Rowland Heights, Ca.. The Manager, Jessica Lopez, and Assistant Manager, Joshua Cansler, were very knowledgeable and patient during my encounter with them. Also, they displayed a sense of demonstrable caring when I made my purchase. I would highly recommend the patronage of this particular store.

I went inside of the Azusa AT&T store because of a friend that recommended AT&T and how great their service is. The current provider I had was Verizon and Sprint ( Sprint was my company's mobile provider and Verizon was my personal's phone provider. )

I was greeted almost instantly once I walked inside by Alyssa. She sat me down in one of the tables to see if she can resolve my problems that I was currently having. I told her that I have been having constant phone drops while on calls, no consistent reception in most places I visit ( Work travel and personal ).

She wasn't a pushy sales person, or never was aggressive at all! She genuinely listened to my problems and gave me different options that have met my needs.

I never write reviews unless it impacted my life by a great amount and so far AT&T service us outstanding.

Thank you Alyssa and AT&T for resolving what my previous phone provider weren't able to do!

I've been a patron at this AT&T store for nearly 8 years, and Chris is a top-notch sales rep. Extremely help, attentive, and extremely knowledge about AT&T, their services, the products he sells, and very helpful in always getting me the best deal, service, or set up that I need for my businesses.

I was thinking about switching carriers from T-Mobile so I figured I'd check out AT&T. The staff was exceptionally friendly and answered all of my questions I had about the switch. It wasn't even the better coverage or rates that made me feel confident about switching from T-Mobile, it was the great customer service! I felt like I had known some of the staff my whole life, I definitely recommend this location in particular and AT&T overall!

I have urgent issue on my phone, the service staff, Shawn, is so nice and patient. We spent a hour to solve my problem, and it was….8 PM. Luckily, my account is open successfully at the end.
