Stopped in to upgrade to apple 15 iPhone , was assisted by a gentleman named Duffy who was extremely efficient and made the transition very pleasant. He was polite and courteous and extremely knowledgeable in the product. It’s very nice to see that customer service is still paramount with some corporations.

The staffs are helpful and friendly. We were there for a few hours since I had to download everything to my new phone. I didn't know it downloaded all the pictures from cloud 1 as well. Smh

Augustine & Aaron were terrific! Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We spent hours on the phone and got nowhere trying to activate 3 phones, but they took care of us quickly and with no problems. I highly recommend this store & these employees

So our sales rep Paolo was amazing!!!! 10 stars if I could. This guy helped us get our phones and best deals all around quick and simple. Then today I had an issue with my screen protector and without hesitation he told me to come in and changed it out for me. This man needs a raise ASAP! VERIZON NEEDS TO TAKE CARE OF THEIR A+ EMPLOYEES

Troy was awesome. Very helpful and knowledgeable. He is a definite asset to your company. I have been a long time Verizon customer and he is by far the best person I have had the pleasure of working with. He addressed all of my needs and more. I am a very difficult sale and he made this process fast, efficient and very transparent. I will most certainly contact him with any of my upcoming needs and questions. He took the time to explain the phones features as well as the watches. Thank you again for everything. My kids are going to love these gifts.

I was having so many issues with my phone and had gone through tech support, speaking to representatives etc... I finally went to this store near me and Ron Lukes fixed everything when no one else could!! He was so personable and went the extra mile for me. He even went over my bill and was able to decrease my monthly payment by at least $40!!! When I'm ready to get another phone it is definitely going to be with him!!! You have an amazing representative in him!

Ayana was great! Knowledgeable, patient and personable. No pressure, just facts. She took a lot of time with us to make sure we understood our options and associated costs. I would definitely go back to her in the future should other cell phone needs arise.

It had been over 4 years since I had gone into a Verizon store to get a new phone. I unfortunately hadn't had the best experiences in the past. Sales reps were aggressive and wanted to push anything and everything just to make commission. This evening, my mother and I were blown away when we received the complete opposite. Peter Opel was absolutely delightful. He greeted us at the door by opening it for us. He proceeded to get an understanding of what we wanted to best meet our needs. He was so helpful at answering questions and making sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. He was professional and transparent yet personable and funny. Peter made our entire experience enjoyable which is something I've never had before. He invited us to reach out if we needed anything at all. He also even held the door for us on our way out. A true gentleman. I'm very grateful for his efforts and I'd recommend going to see him!

Josh was super helpful and knowledgeable about the products and my account as a whole. I was adding my husband to my plan, and he made it easy. We were in and out within an hour. That includes our old phones transferring everything over to our new phones, and Josh being the only representative there to help. Seamless from start to finish. I’ve only ever gone to this Verizon location and will continue to do so.

Needed to upgrade my iPhone 8 - walked out with the iPhone 14 Pro. My customer representative, Tyler, was very knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. Very satisfied with the overall experience and the new 14.

My phone died and I needed new phone
Rahul spent a long time with me getting me and my husband news phones and setting them up. Got me a good plan also. Josh helped me later with a contact problem. I was very pleased with the whole experience. They made it easy.

I was extremely frustrated with Verizon and came into the store seeking help. Victor was sympathetic to my previous issues, helpful, and patient as we got all previous issues resolved. Had it not been for Victor and his help, I likely would have left Verizon all together. Thank you Victor!

Went in to move our entire family over from T-Mobile. Most time when we upgraded devices with T-Mobile it was stressful long standing around. Today Zach made everything smooth and seamless. Very helpful and friendly. Didn’t try to push anything on us. This experience made coming to Verizon feel like that much of a better idea then originally was.
