Isabel is AMAZING! I went in to do an exchange because the other Lane Bryant I went to measured me and sent me on my way to look for bras by myself, and I ended up getting bras that were way too big. Isabel took the time to help me find my size and replace all of my oversized bras. Every time I tried one on she helped me look to see if it was the right size. Bra shopping can be tedious and stressful but she made me feel comfortable and not overwhelmed. This store has the best customer service I’ve seen anywhere. I will definitely come back to shop here again!

I haven't been here in 5 years because my bras have lasted this long.
Today was a great sale, so I went.
Kahara (sorry if I didn't spell her name right) was absolutely a wonderful sales attendant! She helped me find everything I needed quickly, I added more then I came for and we laughed a lot!

Side note... Lane Bryant, please fix your credit cards. Mine is closed, but is still in the system as open. Can't use it or get a new one.

Love shopping at this location! Isabel always takes good care of me regardless of what size I am in. She definitely pays attention to detail and knows how to establish a great connection with her customers! I keep coming back to this store because of her friendliness and excellent customer service skills!!

I ordered online and had it shipped to the store. The store hours had changed and I was unaware. I was two minutes past closing and I had driven a ways to pick up. The sales team got my package while I waited outside and off I went. Thank you!
Full-figured clothing and accessories with super customer service!

Went in and was immediately greeted. Was looking for a specific item that was not in the store but the associate was very helpful. She was able to order it online with free delivery to my home. Store is alitte small but very clean and organized.

I was very well taken care of in there. I never been before but they took my measurements and worked with me until I found my exact size of bra. I would really recommend going here if you are looking for the right bra for you. They are considered a plus size store however anyone with a little weight on them will find what they need. Most of there clothing was fairly priced and I was there for around 2 hours. I'm telling you they really care about your comfort and experience.

My wife was very pleased with this place. After going to different stores , she finally found what she was looking for . The staff there was so helpful and very knowledgeable on the product. Definitely, she will be shopping here again.

Lovely service by Jessica! She was sincere and helpful. She was so patient with my Mom who hasn't been measured for a bra in yearrsss, lol. I would definitely recommend this location or wherever Jessica is!!!

First off I'm a recently widowed father with a 16 yr old daughter. I know nothing about bras. So I called first and asked them if they could Size and help my daughter because I am absolutely clueless about this subject. They were very nice and told me to come down. When we got there I explained my situation to Isabel and she was a God send. She spent the time to explain everything to my daughter and get her every style and size. And tell her how to care for them. She was awesome and took care of my little princess. I want to thank you so much Isabel and lane bryant for making my and my daughters experience an awesome one. I will definitely be recommending you to everyone and we will be returning.

Erika and Dianna went above and beyond to help me find my proper bra size and provide exemplary service. Going so far as to let me stay 20 minutes past closing time, and grabbing about 5 different sizes in multiple styles for me to try to find the perfect fit. They were both amazing representatives for a company that continues to amaze and I feel they should be recognized for the hard work, dedication, and heart that they put in. The feeling of being able to try on clothes and they fit was a wonderful experience and Dianna and Erika made it all that much better. Don't let these employees slip out of your hands! Lol my bras are super cute too, I love them.

As a cross dresser that does not really pass as female, I am always a bit nervous going out in public dressed en femme. I was very happy with the welcome I received in this Lane Bryant. No one batted an eye and I was greeted immediately. They set up a dressing room for me and encouraged me to try on clothes. While nothing I found worked for me this time, I would definitely go back next time I am in Orlando.

Wow, WOw, WOW! Talk about great customer service! Erica, Sandra, and Marley are incredibly helpful, accommodating, and friendly! Erica fitted me for a bra and helped me find the proper size! There’s nothing like the feeling of wearing the correct-sized bra, and she turned me on to a new style! I use to swear by the Balconette (Everyday Solution/Sexy Support-the regular one), but the new Full Coverage (Memory Foam/Intuition Collection) is the softest, most comfortable bra I’ve ever worn! She was patient with me, which I value in a customer service person because I can be rather indecisive. Marley able to accommodate an out-dated exchange for me! I was truly I happy with the fit, and they helped me to get the right size and exchanged the ones I’d already purchased. Sandra and Erica have a great dynamic. (NYC represent! LoLx) This is the best experience I’ve had at a Lane Bryant and I use to work for them! Haha! Definitely coming back to this store, even though it’s in Kissimmee (far from Winter Garden). After my order has been cancelled online because I used an european credit card, I went to this store to buy some bras. Very friendly and helpful in finding sizes and styles. I will return to this location next time. Thanks a lot!

This store is a great. The staff are friendly. It's medium size store but they have a good variety of clothes.
