Outstanding customer service experience. I previously left another location due to an excessively long wait. However, the efficiency here was exceptional. Phayton was particularly helpful, providing assistance that went above and beyond our expectations.

Great experience with both Elias and Brandon. Very knowledgeable and patient while I went through purchasing and setting up a new phone. Will be recommending them to anyone who wants great customer service. Thank you gentlemen!

I recently went in to ATT in Aliso Viejo to change providers and start a new plan with ATT. Brandon instantly helped us and was very kind and patient. I was happily surprised to be offered a 25% discount on my family plan for being a teacher. We were able to keep our same numbers and the switching process, though long, went very smoothly thanks to Brandon’s friendliness and attentiveness.

Ian and Joshua saved the day. My phone died and I walked in totally defeated. Ian jumped in to save the day - he was compassionate, personable and friendly. He assured me he would take care of me and get me connected asap. Joshua was the tech. He walked me through the entire process. Within the hour, I was back online and feeling good. Great in store experience. I was greeted and assisted within a few minutes. My reason for visit was to upgrade 3 wireless devices. All was done quickly and efficiently. Although the devices I wanted were not in stock. AT&T shipped them overnight.

To be honest this was the best AT&T service we got so far in the last 7 years. Erich and Miguel was helping us. I have to tell Erich was really the magician and helped us with all our questions. We were so desperate cause my husband lost his phone. Erich helped us to complete all the necessary steps to make sure my husband’s phone would not be comprised. We can not thank Erich enough. Erich and Miguel thanks a bunch for all your support and help. You truly made our day. You definitely need a recognition for the great service you provided today. Thanks a million

Actually, we went to AT&T at Plaza De La Paz Shopping Center, no customers just us, but the guy there is not efficient enough to help us even for just simple stuff, then we decided to go to AT&T Aliso Creek, There's a lot of customer yesterday. But the wait is worth it. Good job on the staff!

I got to say...the employees here at this ATT store are amazing and extremely helpful! I went to the ATT store in Santa Ana. The Santa Ana Employees there were rude, not helpful, just seemed like they didn't care. I stl ordered my phone with them but there were a ton of issues on their end and they were unwilling to fix the problem. I talked to customer service over the phone and they canceled phone.

I then went to Aliso. Jesus was the first person who saw me and IMMEDIATELY asked if I wanted help. He was friendly, informative, extremely helpful and had a great at attitude. I ordered phone with him. A week later I came back to pick up my phone, and he was there to help me again! He is a fantastic employee and easy to talk to . Going back this weekend to turn in my old phone. Hope he's there again!

Jessica was a gem! Great service, very knowledgeable, at ease multitasking skills and excellent people skills . She is fast efficient thorough and effective at doing her job. AT&T is Lucky 🍀 to have her in their employment.

Amazing service! By far the best AT&T experience i’ve ever had, especially from previous stores. I don't leave reviews often, but my experience in this store warranted it. Walking in i was instantly greeted by 3 reps, the managers- Aaron & Emily were a great secondary resource for the salesman Edward. Good conversation and made my longer phone process seem like a good time overall. 10/10 recommend this location!

Amazing experience! the two ladies have been the best customer service I have seen in California by far! They did everything in 10 minutes that I could not do in the At&t in La Paz in 30 minutes!! The other lady was helping a older gentleman and had a lot of patience with him. Highly recommend the store!

I have been to multiple ATT locations and had sub standard service. The associates often don’t seem to know their own product. I will ONLY go to the Aliso Town Center store from now on. Cyrus and Bobby didn’t just provide knowledgeable expertise but over the top, friendly service. Service and attitude matter and they truly are appreciated!

Serine was extremely helpful, and very easy to work with. She helped my wife and I with new phones and answered every question we asked. Also took extra time making sure phones were all setup before we left the store! Excellent experience beginning to end!

I came in with my young daughter and Valeria was so kind, patient and helpful. She interacted with my baby and had excellent customer service skills across the board.

Ian was my store rep and he was efficient knowledgeable conscientious courteous and all-around great human being it was an awesome experience, the other staff were just as helpful.

Went in to upgrade my phone by trading in my 6 and getting an 8. Was a little complicated with $200 credit code but Omar was amazing and sped right through the process. He was super helpful and I recommend asking for him.
