The clerks are very attentive, the place is always clean and tidy.

I just wanna make sure Mr. JADNIEL gets employee of the month, a raise, a bonus, anything haha! He went COMPLETELY out of his way to help a lost and confused customer in the guy typing this right now! I mean, i don’t think ANYBODY has ever offered me such selfless, immediate, successful, fast customer service in my entire life! He went above and beyond helping me find every item on my list in such an effective, timely manner. Kudos to my man JADNIEL! I promise you guys if someone ever asks me what I like better or where to go, “CVS or Walgreens?” I will say CVS every single time solely because of how awesome Mr.JADNIEL made you guys look. Use him as an example in hiring lmao!

Recently I had an unfortunate misunderstanding with the pharmacy and pharmacist Michael Mangino. I'm sorry for being rude and using profanity when I called on Easter Sunday near closing time and he confirmed I picked up 4 prescriptions on 3/28, which I knew was incorrect. He said he was closing and could not discuss I was fuming. My doctor sent a component of this prescription to the wrong pharmacy, so I had to drive 45 minutes from my house to pick up, I inquired about the other 4 prescription which accompanied what I just picked up. It's Easter, I had plans after church, dinner etc, this was inconvenient, so I was already frustrated and they said I picked up everything on 3/28....I knew this was not true.
I called my pharmacy after leaving the other pharmacy just to make sure. Mike picks up and I flipped out,
Here is the bottom line. Lindsay went out of her way to help me save money and get what I needed. On 3/28 when I p/u my script, I arrived at 5:50, the place was packed. Lindsay said its too late I can't change it now, I wanted to use a discount card. I accepted that paid the regular price for one and had planned to come back in two weeks and pick up the rest using the discount card. Lindsay, refunded me what I paid, re ran it using the discount card and I left not knowing this. So when I came in Monday 4/6 we got it straight, I'm sorry. I had no intention of picking up anything on 4/6. I wanted to find out where the error occurred.
I left with my prescription and saved money and felt like a big jerk..
This all could have been avoided with better communication on all our parts. I also have to give them more time This is the busiest pharmacy in the area.
I hope there are no hard feelings....They really do a good job! They are super busy and understaffed. Corporate help this team out. They are always working their butts off....it's a thankless job!!

I have to say for the past year I was having a horrible experience with miss information/ lying, rudeness and clearly uninterested in the customer well being in the pharmacy. Up until recently when new manager took over and I have to say it is 10 times better because of the new manager Ryan. They still need to work more on the answering call thing but I just had to put this up because he has made a difference.

I came 7 min before the closing through Drive through. I had 2 cars before me. When it was my turn, they told me they were closed. I run to the front and I asked the manager Randy to give me the prescriptions, considering that I was in line before the closing. Although the store was technically closed, he went above and beyond to help me. Thank you

I had a very difficult 3 days with my daughter being sick with a fever so I had very little sleep and very little patience for the day. However this CVS made me feel like I was a VIP customer today. When the doctor submitted the prescription to the pharmacists I immediately called and a pharmacist name Michael Answered the phone courteously And told me that I would have the prescription ready in about 10 or 15 minutes. I am a mother of 5 so time is very important to me. As soon as I was walking into the door I got a text message on my phone saying my prescription was ready. A gentleman by the name of Lee was the one who attended me 1st at the cashier pick up area and he seemed to have a hard time looking for the prescription. He may have been new but his teammate Lorena made sure that he wasn't left wandering around looking for a prescription knowing there's a customer on standby waiting to be picked up. The team that Michael as a pharmacist has together is amazing mostly because you can tell they were super busy but they made sure customer satisfaction was on point. I see reviews on here that are negative and honestly after coming by this pharmacy on a Saturday which no one likes to work weekends this pharmacy truly shows like they care for their customers. This is by far the best service I have ever experienced that any other CVS I have been to.

Just did the Covid-19 test I am sicker then I have ever been. In the drive-through the gentleman was so professional and calm Talked to me and guided me every step of the way.. Not an easy test to half to preform on your self. But this gentleman kept me calm every step of the way. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR PATIENCE I WISH I COULD HAVE REMEMBERED HIS NAME. I was your 11:40am appointment. Lol ps I was in the line for less then 20 min. I could be in a dr office lobby waiting longer then that

Love Cvs in Lake Great Customer Services like always

I was so totally overwhelmed when my partner could not get her eye drops (because the pharmacies around us did not have them in stock) after having complications from cataract surgery and the dr had stressed they had to be given and the dr was trying to save the eye, Michael Mangino the pharmacist went above and beyond even though he didn’t have them in stock he called the pharmacy they had been called into had the script transferred to CVS and found us a CVS pharmacy that had them in stock
He is the kind of person that belongs in that job
