The Vitamin Shoppe

This store is incredible and I can't imagine it being overthrown by online retailers - the prices and offerings are amazing. On top of the pretty great prices, they have sales on some popular products as well. The staff member here was very friendly and assisted us and every other person who came into the store, and did not intrude or anything at all. The department selections are great - from sleeping supplements to even items for children.

Update: I'm truly amazed and happy with how quickly The Vitamin Shoppe reached back out to me and immediately made things right. Thank you to Ashley from their online customer care and Monica (I hope I'm getting her title right because she is excellent) The District Store Manager. Monica took time to call me and speak directly with me about the situation. This is definitely a company that cares.

Previously.. I stopped in here today to grab some protein powder and found my item right away. I stood at the register, while the manager Chester and another girl were each ringing 1 person up. The "manager' Chester finished ringing up the person in front of me and instead of ringing me up next he said in a sloppy, lethargic tone, she'll ring you up and sort of pointed to his co worker. Another customer walked into the store and Chester immediately helped this man find what he needed and rang him up, and had him on his way while I was still standing there.

I had a 15% off coupon ON my first order not AFTER the way Chester stated. He tried to tell me the coupon was only for online and that I needed to pay full price but reading is fundamental and I didn't get sent an entire barcode in an email to scan it on my at home personal laptop, (makes no sense) so after going back and forth with Chester I had to explain to him how his own coupon works and he was extremely rude. He was clearly training the sweet girl who was at the register but he needs to be retrained himself. The girl even accidentally added my coupon to another customers account. Shout out to a customer named Bryan, you can thank Chester for his superb management and training skills.

Chester is not only illiterate, he is not knowledgeable and doesn't know his own stores policies. Due to his ego being injured he started trying to get loud because he was wrong. A good manager would've apologized, realized their mistake and corrected it. Instead I was given attitude all because Chester can't read. He is LITERALLY in NO shape to train an employee let alone work at a vitamin and supplement shop. LA fitness is literally in the same shopping center. Practice what you preach. Demonstrate your products work by being fit and healthy. Call me corporate Kathy because that's who I'll be contacting, corporate. That location used to be my favorite. Not anymore.

Although there was no expert working there, she was very helpful looking up data from internet. I observed a great price on a product marked twice as much at Publix. Very clean place.

The Vitamin Shoppe is so much better than GNC, It is much better looking inside and the variety and stock are also a lot better.

It is a bit pricey though, But at least you know the products are high quality and legit.

Everything cleanse the lady that help me out very nice and professional she knows the store and all types of products.
They fallow covid 19 regulations.
