AT&T Store

It’s always a pleasure to walk in that store. The staff always greets me with a big smile and friendly manners. My favorite employee is undubtly Robert. Very sharp and prepared like few in his field, Robert not only helps me to find the solution that fits my necessity in the shortest time, but I always leave the store with the feeling of trading up instead of compromising on the next-next best choice. Thanks, Robert!

This is the best AT&T store I’ve ever been to. Maddy was super helpful, and diligent with my families needs. She took the time to explain to us a new phone plan, and made sure to transfer all of our data from our old phones to the new ones. 10/10 service. Will definitely recommend this store to my friends.

I had multiple good experiences with Casey he helped my mom and I with our new phones and helping me figure out my plan. He was beyond thorough and patient. I will be going back to this location for Casey specifically he was so helpful and had great customer service! Thank you!

Walked in needing clarification on my husband's trade-in, grateful Edgar was available to help us. Edgar was friendly, professional & knowledgeable, so much so that I will return tomorrow with my phone. This AT&T location is clean, bright & well stocked with convenient parking.

My visit was fast and efficient. I waited maybe a minute and was promptly taken care of. My sales person helped me pick out my accessories at 20%off and my new phone is ordered and on its way!

Maddy provided incredible service getting us new phones, including working diligently to access my wife's cloud account to download all her information to place on the new phone since she lost her old phone. This is why we won't ever get phones any other way.

I don’t know what Erika is talking about, Jessica is the best manager I’ve ever dealt with. She takes care of the customers and her employees. Casey & Juan REALLY helped me out under Jessica’s guidance

I had a very positive experience at the AT&T store this morning... I was greeted by Martin who was very welcoming and helpful. He was able to transfer my new phone into the system the day after cyber Monday, when no 1-800 assistance was available. The new manager was also first rate. A well run operation!

9-23-2023: I just left the store with a new I-15. I would give 10 stars if I could. Ken and Jess helped me get a new phone and helped me save info on an old phone. For someone like me who is ok technically, but not great, they made the process seamless! I have been going to this store for many years, and will keep on going back!
