So happy with our experience today! Jacob runs this store with pride and professionalism! He is very knowledgeable about the products and services he offers and is super supportive of his employees as well! He helped us find exactly the plan and price we wanted, as well as the perfect device! Despite being short staffed he helped us until Jalacey came back from her break. As there were only the two of them he passed us along to her and she helped us finsh the process. They both were very friendly and welcoming, I felt very relaxed and comfortable. We did stop by another location earlier that didn't have 1/2 what they had here, and they are understocked as they are planning a move. We will be back for anything we need as I can tell Jacob wants the very best for all his customers.

I came in today to get my phone I bought from Samsung in hopes to transfer my files from my old one to my new one. The guys were more than helpful with helping me change and reset the phones! They were very nice, friendly, helpful, and even introduced me to a new service they're offering! I was extremely happy with my visit today and would highly recommend this store!

I've never been more pleased with getting my new phone!! I had straight talk for seven months. I got a mobile hot spot put on my android!! All hell broke loose!! My phone crashed in the middle of losing one of my two dogs!! T-mobile helped me get hooked up and even suggested a wireless router they had!! This little darling woman, took my disaster and I walked out with an iPhone I've wanted for a long time, my internet figured out, and set up completely and I received a discount EVERY month for being 55+!!!❤ I'll be a T-mobile customer for life!!❤ Thank you so very much!!❤

Since the merge of Sprint with T mobile, I have been having a ridiculously hard time getting my new phone account set up. However, today that all changed when I worked with Mike Hodges and Angelina Montelongo at their store location and was blown away by their customer service and assistance. They helped me every step of the way and advocated to get it set up as quickly as possible for me. They were/ are the only people so far with T mobile I have worked with who have not only been helpful but extremely knowledgeable regarding the process. I highly recommend going to this T mobile and working with them.

I really liked the services there with the guys and gal...Alberto and Jimmy do a Great job.
But my favorite one is Lisa i love going to her and is very Helpful and always smiling...making it a Great day!

Samantha was super helpful. I was prepared to leave T-Mobile. She made sure she was able to get me a signal booster yesterday when I wasn’t having any luck. This T-Mobile has the time and really cares about you.

Went in to get a new line added to my account, sprint had some difficulties but julasy And Christopher were very helpful, they have so much patience and they’re very friendly, I went to a lot of stores that T-Mobile owns, but this one is the best costumer service I’ve ever had!!!

Mike was superb! I was at the Southglenn store on Briarwood and they did not open on time. Called the Dry Creek location, and no answer. Called Mike at the Broadway store and he answered right away. Went to the store, got a new S20 and even bought a hotspot I didn't even know I was going to buy. It really pays to be open on time. I am glad I ended up at the store at 5184 S Broadway, Mike and his staff are very competent, courteous and professional. Angelina hablo Español. Thank you for the exceptional service!

Ruby helped me fixed a problem caused by the Englewood store off federal and was so nice about helping me. She sat on hold with me with T-Mobile support for nearly 2 hours.
