This store is now owned by new owner and I went there last Sunday. They have good approaches to the coustomer. They have everything smok product in cheaper price.

Owner is very nice and always has something good in stalk. Go there so much and it’s very nice

My husband & I like to check out different smoke shops in our free time. We were both off from work today and found ourselves in the area of Baybrook Tobacco, so we decided to go inside and check it out. As soon as we walked inside, we said "hello, how are you?" to the woman sitting down behind the register. We were greeted back in the most unbelievably RUDEST way possible! She said "what are you looking for? what do you want?" My husband responded that we were just looking around and we would let her know if we had any questions. She rudely said to us "you don't just come into this store for nothing, what do you want". This time I told her that this is something that we enjoy doing, we go to a lot of different smoke shops to see which ones we like the best. My husband and I started walking around looking at the items in the store.. This woman literally followed every step we took, treating us like we were some type of criminals. She then jumped on her phone and started speaking another language, clearly talking about us. She spoke on the phone for about 3-4 minutes and then hung up. She then said "do you see anything you like?" (Oh, I forgot to mention that everything was overpriced, and the one thing I saw that I did like was cracked!).. I said "not really" but my husband WAS going to purchase some items. This woman said "you need to leave. I just got off the phone with my boss and I'm not allowed to have customers". We looked at each other like we were being punked because that's a pretty outrageous thing to say. She then continued on by screaming at us to get out and to leave the store. This is the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced!! Everyone needs to know about this place - they are racist towards anyone not of Indian decent, they clearly stated that they don't want any customers. I can promise that they will never ever receive business from my family, and I'm letting everyone I can know about how awful these people are.

The woman that states she only works there is the owner and one of the rudest person I ever met. She will tell you she is the only one who sells real juuls and pods and states that Krausers sells fake merchandise.
When I told her that was not true she got even nastier on the subject and her prices are way above average. I am sure the few reviews on here are not the only people who have had a bad experience with this large loud woman and she owns the other shop on Captain Thomas Blvd.
