Lolly, is the reason for the season, whatever season! My wife and I love coming to Kohls, its the only store with a credit card I can manage to pay off every month. It's my little treat that I look forward. Great selection of pants and great opportunities for discounts. Give Lolly a RAISE! I have seen the way she interacts with customers, and she has an impeccable attitude.

The staff show and express true kindness and compassion. I am a cancer survivor and sometimes have no voice above a whisper. The cashier notices something is happening and with great compassion and patience handles her task perfectly showing no shame nor judgement.

The cashiers are always nice and helpful and take a coupon off when applicable from within the store so that really helps our wallets.

I feel like this location has a larger selection than the location in Jacksonville. This store seems more clean and organized too. I found a few things I liked pretty quickly whoch was great since I came with se gift cards to use. The cashier I interested with was very friendly and personable and made the check out experience very pleasant.
