AT&T Store

I'm a customer service agent and I just want to say that Rachael is an amazing employee, very knowledgeable, professional, a beautiful attitude and look for solutions quickly. I went with my 5 month old baby who was crying and she made him smile the whole time while she was helping us and even helping her coworkers. She's just amazing and I hope AT&T values this excellent girl. Great job Rachael! You make customers happy! Thank you for your help!

Absolutely one of the best experiences I have had at a phone store. We went in with a few issues mostly to do with our Apple Watches. The sales rep was fantastic. He spent at least 3 hours with us getting them all resolved. He could have just blown us off and had us call customer care but he didn’t instead he got on the phone and got all issues resolved. Plus getting us upgraded. This is how all stores should be.

This site store is awesome with a capital "A". Took my phone in there (7/15) Saturday morning for repairs on some water damage I wasn't aware of. Staff was totally attentive and informative. After reviewing options available they were able to get my old phone turned back on which I thought was totally done! After working there magic they got all my data transferred over to a new device seamlessly and I was out the door no worse for wear. And just a side note, I could have left with my old phone with no pressure to upgrade to a new device although it made sense to replace the old one based on the water damage.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE BY MARCO!. He was available to fix my issue very quickly and with no issue. Ive been to multiple stores and never experienced such an amazing service but that changed today with Marco! Amazing Experience!

Unfortunately, there seemed to be only one person working when I went so there was a little bit of a wait. However, Brad was extremely helpful, personable, and efficient. I had a charger piece stuck in my phone that he tried to help me get out. When I ultimately had to buy a new phone, the process was quick and easy.

Brad and Herman were awesome! They answered all my questions and ensured that I had a great experience getting everything set up. I can honestly say I believe that this is their normal behavior as there were numerous people that came through the store and they treated them all with courtesy and respect giving all of their questions and concerns their due diligence. Ensuring that each customer was getting the most out of their service.

Eduardo over at this store was very welcoming and helpful to everyone that entered. He remembered a family that came after me and made the process of getting my new galaxy s21 ultra so seamless and informative. I really appreciated his help and professionalism. Will definitely come again if I need any assistance.

I like many people am often frustrated by the “run around” received when there are issues with one’s phone service. I have been the infuriated customer on the phones, and frustratingly messaging on the customer service website, The trip I took yesterday to the AT&T on West Irlo Bronson Memorial was one I was dreading. When I got there however I was met with exceptional customer service and a team of helpful specialists. The experience was equal parts pleasant human interaction and great service. The people I was helped by where attentive and kind, and had me put the door in a pleasant mood as soon as humanly possible, special thanks to Ciara, Danny, and Herman for making it a memorable and positive experience!

In the past i had bad experiences with other ATT stores. But yesterday I had a phenomenal experience with Brad and Megan! Extremely polite, friendly and professional. Top notch customer service and very knowledgeable . Thank you for your time and for caring so much! It was a pleasure!

I wanted to say that Neil at AT&T has been the absolute best help! His customer service and care is like no other and I will only come to this location for any problems or services I need to only speak with Neil because he has been the best!! No wait time, Edwardo was amazing!! On family vacation from out of state and had a family of 7’s plan to adjust/upgrade. Although it took awhile which is normal, we all left highly satisfied. Even took a photo with the sales team 🤩 Highly recommend this store! 👏🏼

Bradley was amazing and deserves to be acknowledged, because he was patient and informative and very knowledgeable while marketing and selling the products and eventually allowing me to make the decision on the item that I purchased. He needs no improvement and instead should be promoted or given a raise as his talents are invaluable. He should be training other individuals to perform the way he knows how.

Came in Saturday morning for my wife's cracked iPhone that was dropped on vacation. Was quickly helped by Brad Miller with the best service and attention we've had at an ATT store in a long while. Was knowledgeable and had a great conversation at the same time. Great employee and overall person.

Chris Waite is AMAZING! He was so patient and helpful! He has helped me twice in the past few months with setting up a new account and upgrading my phone. He answered all of my questions and made lots of jokes with me. I will HIGHLY recommend him and the location to anyone who asks. GREAT service!
