Wonderful, helpful staff. Even though they didn't carry the part I needed they found someone who did and could ship it in 2 days! They directed me there. I felt like they took the time out of their day even though I wasn't purchasing from them to search the internet for the part I needed for the best price and shipping. I really appreciate the customer service.

They are so friendly here. The store manager is awesome!! They have what I need and if it's not there they get it there. It's in a place I can find it easily from the road. There is plenty of parking. It's got things you wouldn't even think they would have so you should just check some if the stuff out. They even have coffee in the mornings and locals meeting and chatting with each other. It's cool.

They had everything I needed and cheaper than Auto Zone or O'Reilly Auto Parts. With a lot less hassle at check-out, needing all my info and rewards card offers and other computer based check out stuff. Service people were very nice and super helpful. I think this will now be my regular auto parts store.

Called to order a sensor and was given excellent service and I believe I found the right part after searching all day and getting much help other part stores in the area. If it's the right part at the end of the day, I'll be switching from Auto zone to Napa in the future.
